Taehyung and Jimin have been online friends for years, but have never met in person. Taehyung, still considered a child in his parent's eyes at the age of 19, wasn't allowed to go see Jimin, and Jimin never had the time nor money to visit Taehyung.

Taehyung waited impatiently for Jimin's name to come up on his phone screen, leg bouncing under his desk. He had texted the elder almost an hour ago, around the time they usually talked, and hasn't gotten an answer.

"Maybe I'm being annoying," He muttered to himself, putting his phone in his back pocket. He grabbed out his sketchbook and flipped to his favorite page, it was unfinished, but he could tell it would turn out great.

It was, of course, a drawing of Jimin. Who would've guessed?

He looked around his room for his favorite pencil, cursing himself when he spotted it on the floor super far away. "Too far," He mumbled. He settled on a cheap mechanical pencil.

For around 20 minutes, he tried to distract himself from Jimin by drawing Jimin. He slumped in his chair when it didn't work, throwing his sketchbook on the floor next to his desk.

He stared at the wall in boredom, twirling his pencil in his fingers. Ever since he started talking to Jimin, he had something to do. Whether it was talking to him, texting him, or drawing silly pictures to send, he was never bored.

"Taehyung!" His mother called, "We have to go pick your brother up at the airport!"

He huffed, thinking of brother, Namjoon.

Namjoon was allowed to whatever he pleased, and it pissed Taehyung off. Namjoon could travel on his own, talk to whoever he wanted, and could have a boyfriend without their parents freaking out.

In fact, Namjoon was engaged.

"Taehyung! Let's go! Now!" His mother repeated, and he knew she was tapping her foot with an angry scowl on her face.

He sighed, grabbing his earbuds and stomping down the stairs. "I don't even understand why I have to go? Can't I just stay here?"

"No. Namjoon and Jin aren't staying here, so if you don't go with us, you won't see them until tomorrow,"

"I'm fine with that," he mumbled, earning a small smack on the back of his head.

"You haven't seen Namjoon in 3 years!"

He made a face, "His fault, not mine,"

In the end, his mother had to drag him to the car.

He ignored them the whole hour ride, earbuds in and constantly checking his phone for any word from Jimin.

Nothing.

Taehyung was worried, the elder had never missed a text or call.

"Oh my god, look at your son. Always on his phone. At least Joonie has the decency to talk to us," His mother ranted, slamming the passanger door and throwing Taehyung's door open.

He rolled his eyes, another reason he resented his brother. Their parents actually loved Namjoon.

Without a word to his mother, he stepped out of the door, unplugging one earbud and walking ahead to the waiting section.

"He's going to be here soon!" Their mother squealed, "And we can finally meet Jin!"

Taehyung scoffed, "He's probably just another stuck up bitch with Namjoon for his money,"
