A little longer

I stared up at the sky, the clouds swirling threw the sky. the sun beating down on me, i closed my eyes. I would he heading home soon... i miss earth i really do, but i know i will miss this place also. I opened my eyes and turned my head looking at the approaching Fandral. His golden hair shining in the sun and the light breeze making his training clothes move with it.

"Lady rose, head stuck in the clouds?" He said it smirking. he laid down next to me, staring at the clouds. "you could say that... just thinking that I'm glad i can come back here... its turned into my home, but earth is my home also."

He nodded, "thats understandable, never forget that both are your home... both you must protect." i giggled, "wise words fan." i pinched his cheek than looked at my weapon. "well i have had my time to become wise." i smirked, "okay old man."

He sighed, and looked at my staff. it was a solid white stone staff with gold swirls. "I'm rather shocked its a staff..." I said it running my hands over the smooth texture of it. "I'm sure you will learn to fight with it, probably more to it than meets the eye just like its new master." he squeezed my shoulder, i smiled at him. My thoughts got interrupted by an explosion, my head snapped to the direction of the sound. there was puffs of smoke rising into the air. i gasped and we both jumped to our feet and. Took off toward the training area where everyone was practicing.

Sif rushed over to us, "good you two are okay!" I nodded, "what happened?!" She sighed, "Loki of course, he escaped again." Again? I had forgotten he was here actually, so much was going on.

"Your father is going to get him." i looked at the sky. I saw clashing of lightning, i gripped my staff. Loki you better not mess anything up or i will personally kick your ass. "Shouldn't we go help him?" I asked Sif as she stood watching next to me. "No, your father can handle it. Loki will rather get away or not." I nodded, i sat crossed legged.

Ive been here for half a year. its been so long since i had met my father and since my mother had died. I've grown so strong, an grown to have many of friends.

I took a breath, i felt a hand go on my shoulder. i looked up at the person it was fan, "don't worry so much..." Sif nodded hugging me, "you will be back on earth soon. enjoy where you are while it lasts." i nodded, "i know, ill miss you all." i hugged sif than looked her in the eyes. "your like a sister i never got to have." i smiled, than turned to fan. i sighed at him, "ya know if things don't work out between me and hawk eye I'm coming for you mister." I kissed him softly on the lips, "but i care for clint to much." I smiled thinking about clint. fan blushed, "well I'm uhh far to old you anyway?"

I raised an eyebrow, "you basically don't age.... But i understand." sif was laughing. i sighed, saying goodbye to the others. i decided i would only take a couple things back. i would leave mostly everything here. since i would need it when i came back.

"Tell my father ill be ready when he's finished and ill meet him at the portal." Sif nodded, fan fallowed me. "ill take you, lady rose." I smiled, "of course."
When i got to my room i changed into skinny jeans, converts and a sublime t-shirt i had brought with me. I packed a couple of things into my side pack and strapped my staff to my back. I let my hair down and brushed it, id miss the whole place. i better say farewell to grandfather.

I walked out of my room an met fan outside the door, "lets go say goodbye to my grandfather." we made our way to his great hall where he sat deep in thought. "hello, rose." i made my way up the steps, i bowed. "hello, grandfather." he smiled softly at me.

"Ahhh, i see you will be leaving soon?" I nodded, "yes, i shall be heading off after father is finished with the nonsense." He laughed lightly, "you are starting to sound like me, well like an odinson. well my dear i heard you have embraced your powers but let me tell you. that weapon right there is very powerful. it is not only a staff. thats all i will say. but keep yourself and everyone safe. i will expect to see my granddaughter soon." He stood and hugged me, he petted down my hair. "You are very beautiful, and strong. thank the stars you have wisdom also... farewell dear rose." i bowed and smiled " i shall, bye."

Me and fan headed to the portal than, and waited for my dad to get there.

It took him a while but eventually my dad did show up, in his usual Thor armor. I smiled t him but he looked troubled, "father?" He looked at me," i am sorry lady rose... Loki slipped away. I am sure he is planning against earth again."

I sighed, "well we better go save earth than shouldn't we? " he looked up and me smiling, "ahh never a down day with you my daughter!" He smushed me in a hug as we went to the portal. "bye fan, see you soon. " he waved, i smiled at him. he blushed, i laughed as we stepped into the rainbow portal.
