did that just happen?

I had finally given up looking for hawk eye, it was crazy! were could everyone be? It was rather annoying actually. They better not have left me here or something like that. I decided to go eat some dinner then headed to the roof, i wanted to see the stars... hell even just the outside. It had been a while since i had been outside. I jogged up the steps and got to the roof. I opened the door an closed it behind me. I turned and gasped, "holy crap!" I said it in a terrified tone. I starred up at the sky... it was red... glowing and there was crashing and explosions. It should be stary filled night, what the heck is this?
i looked around whats going on?! Is this where everyone went? To fight?!

"rose!" hawk eyes voice called from some were. He sounded like he was extremely fearful.

I looked around unable to find him, "were are you?" I asked my eyes scanning the roof.

"on the roof above you!" He yelled from what i believe now was above me. I looked behind me up on the ledge about 10 feet above me.

I tried to steady my feet as the building shook. "whats going on?" my voice was shacky, i wasnt going to lie i was scared. i could only see his figure it was to dark to see anything else.

"just go back inside and keep safe!" He said it sternly.

i shock my head. "im not a child!" I yelled it as i turned around to make sure nothing was coming to kill me.

He shot a arrow it hit a tiny plane and it exploded. "this isnt about keeping you from fighting because your young, its about you going inside and staying safe because i dont want you to get hurt fighting." He said it in a caring voice.

I bit my lip, taken aback by his words. "but what about you?" I asked it worried.

I heard him laugh, "dont worry about me! look out!" his voice went from amused to fearful. I turned around to see a plane crrash in to the building, the floor shock knocking me off my feet. I heard a cracking sound seeing a crash spreading across the floor toward me. I gasped as i hit my head hard against the gound. i gasped trying not to pass out. I starred up at hawk eye who leaped over the edge, he landed next to me.

He touched my head looking at blood on his hands with a terrified look in his eyes. "your bleeding, are you alright?" He asked it touching my face gently to comfort me. He ten shoot more arrows while crouching next to me.

I nodded, he was so amazing. "I'll be healed in a second..." I couldn't get up though, he was sweeping me up in seconds though.

He put his bow into my hands to hold. "lets get you off of here..." He raced down the steps.

His bow was heavy in my hands and i could feel his muscly arms. I blushed and decided to ask. "were are we going?" My voice came out smoother then i exspected.

Hawk eye looked down at me seriously. "you are going to the car and driving as far away as posable." He said it looking back up as he slide down a railing since some stairs were missing.

I shook my head, a fearful look probably laid out on my face. "Don't leave me.... i hate being alone... i... i dont like it." I cried out unable to help it.

He legit stopped in shock for some reason, "i have to fight..." He said it so unsure.

I clenched his bow lifting it up a bit, and gave him a determined look. "then i'll fight..." I said it no longer scared.

He just shook his head"your an amazing girl..." He was racing down the steps again. He jumped across places i would have never even tried. He panted as we finally reached the garage, but he did not stop moving. "Jarvis, plant your self into b-t16 and get ready to go." He ordered running toward the jeeps.

He answered right off the back. "yes sir." He replied. A big jeep lit up and was in front of me in seconds. My head was pounding, but it was healing. It was healing slowly because of my fear. Funny fear and sadness are my weakness. I clung to clint not wanting to let him go.

He had finally stopped taking deep breaths, he looked down at me."rose, please just go... ill will find you..." He asked sit with pleading eyes.

I was going to pass out, "no..." I said it weakly.

He layed me in the back seat, with a smirk. " don't worry... your still a hero... just stay safe... here." He took arrows off his back and placed them on the floor next to me. He left his bow in my hands. "Now you can fight, just remember what I taught you... Stay safe Rose."After that he closed the door and i was out. My body just couldn't handle it anymore.

"Rose, are you alright?" jarves's voice woke me. Making me notice the bumpiness.

I lay on the back seat still, the sun was shining threw the back seat window. I sat up slowly, "were are we?" I asked my voice sounding rough.

"I'll take that as a yes, it is a place hawk eye loves to hide out at... he tells no one of it... Except me of course. "

I smirked my face turning red. "Should i feel special?" I joked with him.

I feel like if jarves could laugh he would have, "i guess so... not even the widow knows." He said it as a mater of face.

oh... then i do... "how long have i been out?" I climbed into the passengers seat up front.

He was silent for a moment but then a moment later he spoke. "two days, i was afraid you were dead... the building s systems must be out because i could not reach tony." He told me sounding 'upset'.

I shock my head, "that was so sudden." I said it in a low whisper. I couldn't really believe it.

Jarvis sighed, "yes, well alien attackers don't tend to have planners." He half joked.

I giggled, then frowned. "i wonder if hawk eye is alright?" I asked it knowing he would have no answer.

As if trying to find out if i had feelings for hawk eye he said "what about everyone else?" The jeep rolled to a stop.

I rolled my eyes, "i ment everyone." Then I climbed out of the jeep. I looked and saw a beautiful lake and a seemingly never ending forest.

"i will load to his building." He said it in a bemuse voice.

I raised an eyebrow not seeing a building. "building?" I asked it but there was no response, i shrugged looking around. Then i saw a cabin sit in the distance a bit, could that be his house? Or well cabin?

After a good 30 minutes of walking I opened the door walking in, it had to be his... it had hawk eye all over it. I smiled, i had strapped his bow and arrows to my back. I couldn't of even letting them go in fear of getting caught in trouble with out them.

I explored the house and found a single room, a office, and bathroom up stairs. There was a decent sized kitchen, living room and sunroom. There was animal fur and heads on the wooden walls. It was creepy at first but then i started to think it actually looked cool. I took a look down at my self and groaned. I was in a damn dress... I went into the bathroom and started to wash my face off.

"rose, warning.... there are things approaching the house." jarves said it quietly. "They seem hostile."

I swallowed great, "who?" Aliens? Monsters? My face paled at the thought.

"i do not know... " he said it after a moment.

I nodded, going out front. I had to be ready to fight now. I drew back my arrow ready to aim. Time to test what skills i actually had...
