Chapter 1 - Lunch with the Gang

(Santana POV)

I closed my laptop and sighed. There's only so much news reading one person can take, and I don't even like the news! I pulled out my phone and thought of something to do while I wait.

Santana Lopez renamed the chat : 75% gay 25% I'll never understand you

Mercedes : okay if anyone changes they have to deal with me because that is perfect!

Rachel : Santana I already told you I'm bisexual.

Quinn : ^^ me too

Kurt : okay well ignoring that... when are you and Britt gonna get here? Blaine and I are already here.

Santana : I'm waiting outside her class now. Pretty sure it's running late since it should've ended a few minutes ago.

I looked up from my phone and saw people making their way out of Britt's classroom. A few seconds later Britt came walking out quickly with her head down. I made my way up to her and just stood in front of her with a smile on my face.

"San!" Britt exclaimed, suddenly exited and giving me a hug.

"Where were you heading?" I asked whilst pecking her in the lips.

"Back to my dorm, why?" She said slightly confused.

"You're not coming to lunch?" I asked.

"What lunch?" She said

"Don't you remember?" I asked. She just looked confused with furrowed and a pout forming on her lips. "The other day Blaine invited everyone to lunch" I reminded her.

"Oh!" She said in recognition "I remember that! It should be really nice too because klaine always knows the best places to go" she said cutely. Then again, just about everything she does is adorable. "Okay, yep! I'm excited now! C'mon San let's go!" She said grabbing my hand and walking off.

"Britt you don't even know where we're going" I laughed.

"Well look who finally decided to show up"  Mercedes said as we sat down at the booth.

"Mercedes that's not very accurate since San and I told everyone yesterday that we were coming so that's when we decided" Brittany said quickly, all in one breath. I just nodded and agreed.

"Plus it's not like it's a special occasion" I shrugged. "It's just lunch" I added earning a swat on the arm from Britt. "What?" I asked

"San! Today is an important day!" Britt said. Wait it is? No it isn't, is it? "It our 3 and half month anniversary" she said matter of factly with a single nod. "Now I want an apology" she said pouting. To whole table starting giggling waiting for me to apologise to Britt. Obviously sines I was powerless the her pout I eventually broke.

"I'm sorry Britt" I sighed. Her face broke out in a smile and she kissed me on the cheek telling that she accepts the apology.

"San what the hell happened to you being a badass?" Quinn asked after quieting down her snickers.

"Brittany happened" Tina answered through giggles. And although that's true I'll never admit it out loud. Santana Lopez is still a badass and you can be sure of that!

"It's okay Sanny. I think it's cute" Britt said smiling at me. I just gave her a peck on the cheek and looked through the menu.
