After everyone left the penthouse. Taehyun and Chaeryeong are left with the sleeping Kai.

Chaeryeong went to the terrace and Taehyun followed her there.

"Are you alri--" he was cut off when Chaeryeong immediately hugged him while crying.

"I'm so sorry!" She cried over and over again.

He sighed and wrapped his arms around her.

"Don't cry Chae... I don't blame you... It happened because of me! It's not your fault..."

"But it is! You wouldn't have been hurt if you hadn't followed me there! If only I'd listened to you!"

He pushed Chaeryeong slightly and faced her. He held her cheeks and wiped her tears.

"Don't cry... I hate it when you cry because of me..." he kissed her forehead which made her pause.

"I like you Chaeryeong! Very much! And I'm willing to risk my life again for you if that's the only way I can protect you!" He said as he stare deeply on to her eyes.

He smiled and held both her hands.

"Now stop crying okay? You're making me go nuts!" He said and chuckled.

"Taehyun... I... I'm really sorry..."

"For what? If you don't feel the same?" He asked but deep inside he was nervous.

Chaeryeong shook her head and wiped her tears. "It's not that I don't feel the same... I... I'm just too bad for you!" She said.

Taehyun let go and heaved a big sigh. He was really nervous of how his confession would end.

"That's all that matters for me! As long as you feel the same, it's all that matters!"

"Besides! Between both of us you're the one who's too good for me! In case you forgot, Iam the assassin!"

As soon as Soobin and Lia arrived at her house, her mom immediately greeted them.

She's cheerful as usual while she leads the two in the house.

"Is it alright if I stay here tonight? My Dad won't be coming home and I will be alone at home! I really couldn't sleep by myself!" Soobin tried to make an excuse and hoped Lia's mother would let him stay.

Although they decided that he's staying with Lia. Taehyun still sent some of his men to watch them.

"Is that so? Poor you Soobin!" Her mother said playfully. "If that's the case, you can stay here with us!" She said and he turned to Lia who was making a thumbs up at him.

Lia's mom made them dinner and after then, Lia took him to her late brother's room.

"You can stay here tonight! This is my brother's!" She said and opened the lights in the room.
