Dark clouds surrounds the sky as the wind became stronger, the sound of rustling leaves makes him calm despite the loud crashing sounds of thunder. It hasn't rained yet.
Good.
Chanyeol stopped walking as he reached the top of the small hill, looking melancholy at the two tombs in front him. He bowed formally first, before putting the flowers on top of the graves. Lilies, his mother loved them. He stand up then began gently pulling some of the grass that seems to be longer than others,
"I'm sorry it took me a while to visit you guys." He said conversationally, eyes apologetic as he looked at the graves. A gentle wind caress his face. A faint smile appeared at his lips.
"I was supposed to visit you as soon as i got out of the hospital, but... Grandfather h-he..." Chanyeol gulps the slump that is starting to form in his throat.
"He took me away..." he whispered, bending his legs and putting his head on his knees, facing the direction of his parents tomb.
"It seems peaceful here. Maybe if i..." his next words we're sunken by continues thunder, as if his parents strongly disagrees to what he wanted to say.
"Okay, okay. I know, you don't want me to feel guilty. That it's not my fault." Something wet dropped on Chanyeol's cheek he thought he's already crying, but it's just the raindrops falling heavily from the sky.
His clothes and hair are beginning to get wet, but he doesn't care. Instead, he straightened his legs out, then leaned back as he put his hands on the ground for support. Welcoming each drop that collides in his body.
Then he finally let his tears drop, letting the salty tears mixed up with the water, as if disguising as one of the raindrops that falls on the darkened sky and not a tear that comes from his closed eyes.
"I'm sorry..." he whispered while gritting his teeth, trying very hard to stop the sobs he doesn't want to hear himself.

Chanyeol opened the door to his house, shoulders slump, clothes soaked with rain, his hair dripping wet, but he doesn't care. He cursed when he accidentally kicked one of the tables leg, almost tripping in the dark. Soon he finds his way on the bathroom, he took his clothes off one by one stiffly, leaving it on the floor and tells himself he'll just take care of it tomorrow.
The warm water hits his face and he feels all the muscle in his body relax. When done, he pulled a towel and draped it around his waist, then pulling another towel for his hair to dry. He took a change of warm clothes and put it on, still drying his hair using the towel, he sighed as he sat on the sofa. He hopes he won't get a cold.
The rain becomes heavier, the dark night being lighted by the occasional lightnings. Chanyeol hates rain, but it's weird that rain makes him let go of everything. That's the only way to hide his tears.
He's still not sleepy, but he stands up and walked inside his room. He lay down on his bed, curling into a ball while burrying himself to the sheets, searching for warmth. He's still not sleepy, but sleep took Chanyeol away so easily.
