Chapter 3- "You didn't tell me"

A few weeks later. (A/N you never made any plans with Schlatt, yet you have bonded more with him and the rest of the lunch club)

You click on the button the end stream, and almost immediately you get a call on discord. You see Charlie calling you. You answer.
"What's up bro?" You say. He immediately starts talking.
"Hey Manni, I have a huge favor to ask you."
"Sure go ahead!" You say, raising an eyebrow.
"Are you good with camera work?" He asks. Odd question.
"Uh yeah, I actually used to help film a couple friends at a skate park. That was awhile ago before I moved but I can totally do camera work."
"Oh my god perfect. All of the lunch club is coming to LA in a couple days, and our camera guy had to bail due to a family matter, and I really need someone to help cause a couple of videos need to be filmed with all of us." He says quickly, looking stressed, "I'm sorry cause I know you live in New York. Everyone else is busy, and I really don't know who else to ask." You don't think about it for too long.
"I'm down" you say, calmly.
"I know it's sudden but I'm just  so stressed out-"  he continues to ramble.
"Charlie" you interrupt him.
"What?"
"I said I'm down. I'm looking for a flight now. Just tell me which airport."
"You are a live safer. Thank you so much."
"Any excuse to hang with you guys in person!"
"Alright let me tell you the details, I'm gonna let the boys know that we're good to go."
"Awesome" you say. Charlie sends the details and he ends the call to take care of a few things and start his own stream.
A few minutes later, you get a call from schlatt. You answer. His scream rings through your ears.
"YOU DIDN'T TELL ME YOU'RE COMING TO LA WITH US." He yells. You laugh,
"Dude, it literally just happened, Charlie just asked me a couple of minutes ago." You laugh.
"Hell yeah! We finally get to hang out!" He says happily. You laugh,
"Aww, someone's excited to see me?" You tease. He covers his cheeks.
"No-I-Shut up," he stuttered, making you laugh.
"I'm excited to see you too."

A couple of days later....
You finally made it to the airport, you had woken up late this morning, barely having enough time to get an Uber. You made sure to tweet to your followers you wouldn't be streaming for a couple days, saying you were going to LA for a while. You were now boarding the plane with your backpack heavily hanging off your shoulders. You didn't have to worry about bringing a camera. You texted the group chat that Charlie added you to.

You: I'm boarding the plane now, and don't leave me all alone at baggage claim

Charlie: Me and Cooper are coming to pick you up.

You: Cool

You finally find your seat, and settle in. You put in your headphones, bring out your phone, and put on your favorite podcast to zone out to. You close your eyes and eventually feel the plane lift from the ground. 

Eventually the plane lands, and the bouncing plane wakes you up from an uncomfortable nap. You stumble off the plane, going to the bathroom to see your mascara slightly clouded on your under eyes, and you quickly wipe it away, your makeup returning to somewhat normal. You quickly get your caffeine of choice, and you quickly go down to baggage claim, you rush over to your flights spot, and you see your luggage rounding around, and you quickly drag it off with a loud huff. You gather all your belongings and start to head towards the exit and onto the entrance where cars were coming and going. You see a familiar duo standing a ways away, and they haven't noticed you, since you forgot to text them that you landed. You laugh as you text them you landed, and then you see both of them look towards the door, but you were already standing in their line of sight. Their eyes widened and yelled a collective "Ayyyyyyyyy". You quickly rush towards them giving them both tight hugs.
"Manni!" They both squeal. Charlie wraps his arm around you excitedly as Cooper takes your luggage.
"I'm so glad you could make it, you don't know how fucked we were if you couldn't make it," he said, squeezing you slightly before letting you go. They lead you to the car, and you climb in the backseat while Charlie and Cooper sit in the front. They Cooper starts to drive putting on a quiet playlist. You all chatted lightly, but you get a notification on Snapchat from the other group chat you were added to. You open to see you, from Charlie's perspective, mouthing the words to a song you knew while looking out the window, but you interrupt yourself with a big yawn, causing Snapchat Charlie to giggle quietly.
"Charlie why would you send that!" You whined, kicking his seat lightly. He laughed,
"Just giving the boys a heads up that Manni's a wittle sweepy at her wong fwight" he teased. You huffed.
"I don't fly that often ok?" You fight back, but Charlie just turns around with a raised eyebrow making you pout at him.
"Hush children, we're almost there," Cooper laughed.

You finally reached the Airbnb you all were going to stay in. Cooper opened the garage door and slowly crept in. He turned the car off and all of you get out, Charlie helped you get your luggage out of the car.
"You nervous?" He asks you out of nowhere.
"About what?"
"Meeting the other guys." You shrugged.
"I mean a little bit hut I already have gotten to know all of you so it's not that different. The only difference is being able to hug them and shit like that," you say. He nods.
"I guess you're right about that," he says. Cooper was waiting at the door, and he opened it and held it open for you and Charlie. Charlie immediately shouts loudly up the staircase in front of you.
"Guess who's here?!" He shouts excitedly, helping you carry your suitcase up the stairs. You hear many footsteps thundering closer, some quick and others slower. You make it to the top of the stairs. Traves comes and gives you a hug, saying a quick hello. Jawsh, Noah and Mason wave hello from the couch in the living room, saying their hellos, and then Ted came bounding over to you, wrapping his long arms around you.
"Remember when I told you I would prove that I am the best hugger?" He says in a very serious tone, not even bothering to say hello. You laugh.
"Yeah, I do," you say, muffled by his entire torso pressed to your face.
"Have I proven it?" He says.
"Haha, maybe you have, all depends on who hugs me next." You say. Charlie and Cooper have already walked to the living room to talk to the boys playing games. Ted lets go of you, and then wanders into the kitchen to grab something. You watch him bite into an apple but you hear another pair of footsteps. You turn and see a familiar capped figure turn the corner, hands in his pockets. It was schlatt. He hasn't noticed you.
"Didn't you guys have to go the airport?" Schlatt looks at Charlie and Cooper with a raised eyebrow. Charlie barely holds in a laugh, and then both boys look at you.
"What are you looking at?" Schlatt says, a confused from on his face. He finally looks and your direction, and his jaw drops.
"Oh shit! Hi!" He says, he rushes over to you and hugs you tightly, making you laugh. He rocks you back and forth happily.
"Hi!" You stutter through a laugh. He holds you for a long amount of time, and you notice Charlie and Cooper looks at you with obvious smirks.
"Schlatt, they're staring!" You says nervously making eye contact with them. He lets you go, and scratches the back of his head.
"Heh sorry, I'm just happy to see you," he says quietly. You pat him on the shoulder.
"Hey," he looks up at you, "I'm happy to see you too dude!" You say, hugging him quickly.
"Charlie?" You ask, he turns to look at you,
"So you know where my room is?" Charlie was about to say something but Schlatt interrupts.
"I can show her," he says, grabbing the large luggage you were holding. His hand grazes your quickly before you let him take it. You begin to have a weird feeling in your throat but you shake it off. You follow Schlatt down the hallway, then opens one of the doors at the end of the hallway.
"Your room is actually right next to mine, so just let me know if you need anything," he says, rolling your luggage into the room, then backs out to let you walk in. He stands in the doorway for a a moment.
"I'm gonna start unpacking, I'll be out in a bit ok?" You say, kneeling down. You look up to see him him looking at you with seems to be a longing stare.
"You ok?" You ask. He shakes his head out of his self induced trance.
"Uh, yeah, I'll be in," he points to the direction of the living room "there...yeah". He smiles sheepishly. You giggle.
"Ok!"  He close the door. You let of a sigh. You're finally here. And it seems like this'll be fun.
