Bob waited and waited. He grew nervous as he waited for the man to come back, possibly with the chicken with him. Other chickens around him had began to make noise even more than usual.

"What was going on?" he thought, "Had the man come back for him?'"

But it was not the man, a small creature ran across the floors of the room, creating chaos for the other chickens. Bob walked closer to the front of his cage, trying to get a better look at this creature. But then, he saw the animal jump onto one of the chickens cages and knocked it to the ground, causing it to break. The chicken inside tried to run away from the animal, but failed miserably.

The creature grabbed the chicken by the neck, killing it instantly. A small stream of light came from a crack in the wall, making it so Bob could see the creature clearly.

Bob squinted his eyes.

"No," he thought in disbelief," It cant be!"

He couldn't believe his little chicken eyes. IT WAS A RACCOON! Bob had seen raccoon's very rarely where he lived.  The raccoon looked at Bob for a moment, looking as if it was going to come for him too. But then it ran away, along with one of the chickens.

All of a sudden before the raccoon could reach the door, someone slammed open the door. The figure had a gun its its hand and was yelling at the raccoon, shooting.

The raccoon got away, almost getting hit. Bob thought for a moment the figure would chase after it, but it didn't.

Bob then got scared thinking this figure was the man, but it wasn't. It was a women. Probably the farmers wife. She went back inside closing the door with her.

Bob stood there for a moment before going to the back of his cage, settling down and shutting his eyes.
