"You ok jamila......?" I smoothed my hand down Nina's back. She sat in the chair carefully. She had just came from the bathroom after throwing up, again. Nina nodded her head and gave me a small smile.
"Yeah.....mom is bringing me some soup, later. I can't keep nothing down, she thinks that maybe soup would be better." Nina blew out a breath, her forehead a lil sweaty. Things that Nina would normally eat, are things she can't stomach right now. It had me on edge, cuz that meant Nina wasn't really eating.
"When's your first appointment?" She picked up her book and flipped through the pages.
"Next week Thursday...."
"Make sure you facetime me." I may not be able to walk right now, but I wanna be there as much as possible for her and my child. Nina looked at me with her beautiful smile.

"I will......" She bit her bottom lip, quietly staring at me.
"What's wrong......?"
"I was scared as hell when I found out about the baby. The ladies kept telling me not to worry, you wasn't going anywhere.....but....."
"But what......?" I hated when Nina's doubts start creeping up in her mind.
"We wasn't expecting a baby to be put in the picture. Especially with all this drama going on. I just.....I just got nervous for you to find out. I thought a baby wouldn't have been something you wanted......right now....." I took a deep breath in, leaning back in the bed.
"I'm not against having kids and I definitely don't have no problems with you having my baby. Yeah, this isn't the right time for a baby, but it's here and Imma take care of my baby and you......I'm not going nowhere, I asked you to marry me, cuz I can't see me not being with you."
The image of my beautiful babygirl that the brothers showed me, came to my mind. I hope that me and Nina would have more children in the distant future as well.
Nina looked back at her book, a shy smile on her beautiful face. I looked around the room, Dom was sleeping and Quin was in his first stages of therapy. Noah took him to walk down the floor's halls, to help get his heart paced and steady.
Mischa and Tennessee were in the corner sleep, while Maisy had went to the clinic with Tee. Kas just left not too long ago, to check on a dog they had admitted yesterday. I looked at Nina again, she was reading through the massive book.
We told everyone of the pregnancy, but we kept our engagement to ourselves. I wanted to ask Roberto properly, for his daughter's hand in marriage. I wanted to give Nina a proposal that was special to her.
"I love you....." I said quietly. A smile grew on my face and she started blushing.
