💝A Secret ~ Part 2 ~ Lucifer X Reader💝

I'm basically invested into my own story at this point. Yet again sorry for Lucifer and any of the canon characters being ooc.

Edit 2023: The original song I had here was on private so I changed it to Summer song by U-san. It has only been 2 days since this song came out and I am obsessed. It was also nice to hear their voice again after almost 2 months

~3rd Person POV~

It would be an understatement to say that Y/n didn't enjoy Lucifer's company. The same surprisingly goes for Lucifer as well. They both loved each other's company. But loved wouldn't be the word to describe one's feelings towards another. He loves her company, no matter what. Too much that, he has fallen in love, which is out of the normal for the Avatar of Pride.

Y/n and Lucifer have been meeting up when Lucifer doesn't have much work to do. They walked around the city, talked about things that interested them, and even talked about demons once again. What Y/n told him when they first met wasn't a lie at all. She could talk about it forever. On the other hand, Lucifer just listened and spoke up when he had something to say or to respond.

As they started to talk more and more, they added phone calls into their routine, texting included. With Lucifer being busy with work, they barely have the time to talk in person. So Y/n suggested that they can talk over the phone.

At first, Lucifer was not liking the idea. The brothers were loud, and could've walked in and called him by the name that he was trying to hide from Y/n. He didn't want that risk to happen. But with Y/n begging him to let it happen, he ended up agreeing.

That was not him to agree, more to that, to a human even. So when he and Y/n were calling each other, he would make sure keep his door shut and locked. To go to extreme measures, he even put a spell onto the room, making it so no sound can enter the room from outside that door and no sound can leave the room from inside. It was the only solution to how he can keep his name a secret.

For the brothers, they have been going to Lucifer while he was on the phone with Y/n. But whenever they try to open the door, it won't budge. Trying to talk through the door, no response. They never knew what he was doing in his room, nor did they know about his adventures with Y/n. Not even knowing who that female was, Lucifer never brought her up.

When the brothers have asked him where he has been going, on the days he was to go visit Y/n, he would only answer with going for a walk around. Or make the excuse that he was going to see Diavolo. The only problem with that excuse to see Diavolo was that, after a while, the brothers approached Diavolo and asked him what Lucifer and him have been talking about.

Diavolo was confused by what the brothers have asked him and mentioned that Lucifer hasn't visited him when he is not busy. Diavolo, who's right hand man is Lucifer, didn't even know himself.

That just started a mission for the group. A mission to find out where Lucifer has been going.

This created a problem for all of them. Once Lucifer took notice of his brother's watching over him like a hawk on the first day they started the mission, Lucifer mentally cursed. It was one of his days off and he was to go visit Y/n today. But with the brothers and Diavolo watching over him, he couldn't do anything about it. He couldn't see her today. So while he was walking around the town of the Devildom, he pulled out his phone once he found a nice spot to rest for a bit. He texted Y/n saying that he couldn't meet up. This disappointed Y/n, but she understood that something could have came up.

So with that happening, Lucifer was able to get passed all of the schemes that the brothers and Diavolo have thought up with to get Lucifer to tell the truth. With that though, he couldn't visit Y/n at all. This upstetted the two. This has gone on for a long time.
