Chapter 4

Destry's POV

"Is he ok, what happened, why is there blood all over him, is he dead" I herd voices say in a fog of sleep I opened my eyes only to see griffin and four other kids his age.

Girl: wait he's opening his eyes

Guy: oh I see

Girl 2: I think he's kinda cut

Me: what...... What happened

Griffin: idk man you just fell and blacked out

Me: well where am I

Griffin: your at my place

Me: well who are these people

Griffen: "this Athena

Athena: "hi " she said in a cheery voice

Griffin:this is chad

Chad: "sup" he said well like a boy

Griffin: and this is cat

Cat: "hey" she said inn a sweet voice

Griffin: we are all in high school

Me: well why am I here

Griffin: cause I didn't know where you lived

I struggled to get up and as I got to my feet fell to the floor in pain

Griffin: we need to get you to a doctor

Griffin and everyone else picked me up and threw me in the car cat and Athena sat around me then chad sat up font as griffin drove us to the hospital. When we reached the hospital the girls helped me out and we staggered to the entrance griffin started yelling for a doctor some male nurses then came out and put me on a gurney, a doctor then came out and asked what happened, griffin explained the incident at school and the doctor wheeled me down the hall griffin started walking with me and I gave him my phone and said to call my mom and Annabel tell them where I was and what happened tell them your my friend and everything will be cool.

Griffin's POV

They wheeled him in to the doctors room as I took his phone I stood in the hallway and looked through his contacts for his mom and called her explained and then looked for Annabel and called her and explained, when I finished I walked out the doors to where my bro and sisters where and sat down, shortly after Destry's mom And Annabel showed up worried as hell I told them to calm down and that he would be fine but I told them why he was here anyway.

The girl Annabel looked worried so I sat next to her and talked to her.

Me: hey I'm griffin

Annabel: I am Annabel

Me: your brothers going to be fine

Annabel looked confused

Annabel: Destry is not my brother

Me: then why did he want me to call you so badly

Annabel: because we love each other

Me: I am confused are you guys friends are you dating

Annabel: idk he said he didn't have an official girlfriend yet but I think we are sorta dating slash not

Me: oh ok I didn't know he had a girlfriend

Annabel: well I am sorta his girlfriend he probably hasn't officially asked me out because I met him when he was beaten up so yeah

Me: I completely understand.

I heard foot steps coming up the hall and the doctor came out I emediently stood up and asked the doctor what's going on .

Doctor: well he is very very lucky if you hadn't brought him in he could have been dead from the 2 pints of blood loss he had and the size of the cut was so massive his platelets wouldn't have helped him here.

Destry's mom: thank you so much doctor and thank you griffin it's was so sweet of you to help my boy if I had lost him I don't know what I'd do

Doctor: you may see him if you want

Me, Annabel , and Destry's mom went to see him he looked better already when me and his mom walked in he was happy but when Annabel walked in he was over joyed with happiness, now I see what she meant by not official yet but they love each other.
