Chae's POV
It's night. Midnight to be exact.
I'm hungry.
I haven't eaten anything besides the chips at 7 pm. I am trying to avoid leaving my room to face Yoongi after not responding back to him but my hunger can't be held in.
But it's midnight. Yoongi must be asleep. He loves sleep. Which means I can leave my room without any worries.
After contemplating for the past I don't know minutes, my stomach grumbled louder than just now. Slipping out of bed, I walked towards the door and peeked out.
No Yoongi. Check!
Silently, I opened the door and shut it quietly before scurrying to the stairs.
No Yoongi. Check!
I let out a sigh and scurried down to the kitchen. A grin crept onto my face when I saw ramen. I could make that!
I was just about to pick the ramen packet up when someone spoke behind me.
"I don't clearly know why you are avoiding me. " I flinched, turning to face the person. I gulped nervously.
"I feel awkward?" I replied.
"Why?" He asked again, leaning against the wall side ways.
"I just feel bad I didn't respond to your confession and ran away instead." I looked down.
"Why do you feel bad?" He questioned me back. I looked at him and looked away. "I-" I was cut off short when Yoongi crashed his lips onto mine.
I stood there, frozen.
"I hope this kiss would explain and make you understand everything. I won't force you to say yes to me."
He just said that before he left the kitchen. I touched my lips repeatedly thinking. Questions racing into my head.
Author's POV
Yoongi was clearly smirking as he made his way up to his room. He always wanted to get a taste of Chaeyoung's lips and he finally did.
But he was questioning himself. Did Chae feel anything when I kissed her? Did I do another damage to our friendship?
He was frustrated. Because he wants Chaeyoung to be his and wants Chaeyoung to love him but he can't force her. He wants Chaeyoung to give him a solid answer to his confession which is why he kissed her. If the kiss did make her feel something, then she must have some feelings for me right??
It's been long I updated this book. I'm gonna update this often starting from today :)
