The Relic

I ran to the side and try to look for weak spots. Werewolves are fast and strong so a hit from this creature will surely kill me.So i have to at least slow it down i have to cut the back of its legs.

Years ago when i was still in high school i always wanted to become an hunter it kinda amusing to think that you can fight monster when i was still a kid but now that i am here fighting for my life its a different feeling.

I quickly drag  Mark to the side as the werewolf is still busy eating the corpse of the E-rank hunters we are with.

"Arghh..." Mark moans as he wakes up

"Mark are you okay?"i ask happily

"What happened.."he ask

"Everyone except us is wipe ou..."

"ROOOAAARRRRRRR....."the werewolf hit me in the side before i finish talking causing me to fly to the wall.

As mark ready himself to fight the werewolf my eyes slowly becomes blurry i can see mark putting some purple liquid onto his hammer then i pass out.

I can here something in the dark.....

but i cant see it well..

it was a shadow an ominous one....

it was growing...

i slowly been engulf into darkness and then i hear a voice...

"Tsk what useless bastards.."

"What!?"i say to myself as i see Mark and the dead werewolf

"I should have taken this dungeon by myself i wouldn't been knock out just because of those weak shitss..."Mark said with a mad tone

"Still HAHAHAHHAHAHAHA!!....."

"Now the-"he stop talking when he see me

"Ohhh your still alive perfect.."He ask with a smile

If it wasnt for the armor it would have broken all my ribs.But still whats happening..

Marks P.O.V

Its been almost a year and i finally found some intel about the relic..

In the hunter world there are certain items that you can find hidden in dungeons and one of them is the relics.

this relics will trigger what they called The Awakening which mostly makes S-Rank Hunters that we have now.

It gives certain powers to the user making them powerful and unique because every relic is unique depends to its owner..

But this dungeon's relic is something different from the others..

Relics require a challenge to complete and according to the intel this will be needing sacrifices.

~A few moments Ago~

"Hey your an E-Rank right?"Mark ask

"Yes sir"The E-Rank answered

"Do not bring the arrows we have enough it will be heavier for you.."Mark said while pretending to be nice

"Ohh ok sir your so nice.."The E-rank said

I don't even care about what happened to this people i just need some sacrifice so the gate will open for me and one more for the relic.

Dans P.O.V

"So your still alive Perfect" Mark said

"Did you hear what i said?"Mark said while slowly approaching me

So he just need us for something..

He was about to approach me when a portal appear at the wall.

Then a gate of what looks like the underworld appear.

"Well looks like its time for you to meet death..."Mark said as he drags me in the arm
