PSA in a previous chapter i've said that sydney and biggs kid was named prince and then switched it to nala butttt prince is his name i forgot i already named the child. Just wanted to clear allat up. Back to the story.

After giving Tre his phone i walked back into the living room and turned off Lucifer to watch Greys Anatomy. Shonda need to cancel the show or stop now cause she took literally everybody off and the storyline boring asf.
I was sitting there watching greys for about twenty mins when i realized Tre hasn't come down the stairs yet and Prince been sleep so what is he doing.
I paused the tv and walk up the stairs heading to Prince room to see if he was in there which he wasn't so i look across the hall and the bathroom light is on. I walk over and go to knock on the door but i hear little sniffles coming from it.
"You aight in there." I called out to only get nothing but silence in return.
I go to ask again but he opens the door. "I'm fine i was just drying my hands off." He said while looking down trying to walk past me but i pushed him back to stop him.
"Nope this what we not gon do your gonna cut all the bullshit and tell me why you didn't call or text me when i gave you my number." I said looking at him with my hand on his chest to prevent him from going anywhere.
Silence.
That's all i got from him.
I turned to walk away but he stopped me.
"Do you wanna know the truth?"
I nodded.
"I didn't call or text because i was scared that you only wanted to fuck me and i didn't wanna pursue you only for you to break my heart i can't handle another heartbreak so i just didn't do it. I didn't think i would even see you again after the shooting seeing as though when biggs comes over i only see bay bay and never heard of you till the shooting." he said finally looking at me staring me in my eyes.
"You didn't even get to know me to even know if i wanted that."
"And that was stupid on my part i should've texted you to see if you were genuinely trying to form something with me." He said looking back down.
"Look how about we start over and get to know each other."
"I like the sound of that."
Prince started crying in the other room. So Tre went to go comfort him with me following behind.
"Meech can you go and get him a bottle from downstairs?" he said looking at me with a screaming prince in his arms.
"Yea i gotchu."
I came back with a bottle and once Prince saw it he started grabbing for it. I handed it to Tre so he could feed him.
I went downstairs plopping down on the couch while blowing out a breath. I honestly didn't think i'd see Tre again I thought he forgot about me for a second and i was finna move on to look for the next person. In my other relationships i took things a little bit to fast and that ended in them leaving me. I learned from those relationships and decided the next person i pursue will get the new and improved me and won't have to worry about me doing anything to hurt them mentally and physically or being to clingy i know some people don't like stuff like that.
I wanna get to know everything about him and what he's all about but i know they key thing is being friends first because jumping into a relationship without even getting to know the person properly can harm both of y'all in the end.
My phone rung knocking me out of my thoughts.

"What do you want?" I said continuing to watch greys anatomy.
"I was just checking if you was taking care of my child." Biggs said through the phone.
"Nigga aren't you supposed to be fucking rn...."
"We finished 30 mins ago we said 4 hours so it'll give you and Tre to talk about the not contacting you bullshit. Anyway did y'all talk it out."
"So you telling me that you made me and Tre watch your cry baby ass infant just so we could talk?" I questioned watching Tre walk down the stairs.
"And did what are you gonna do about it. It's about time both of y'all find each other seeing as though you've been in michigan and couldn't Biggs couldn't really take you to see Tre after what happened and Tre was to pussy to call so this was our way of helping y'all reconnect. Now say thank you and move on." Sydney said thru the phone.
"Yea yea thanks but when y'all finna come home yk i don't like being around kids too long he was sweet this time around but who knows how he'll be when he wake up from that deep sleep." I said watching Tre come in the living room with some chips eattimg them.
"We outside we finna come in."
"Wait gimme like 3 mins."
"Wtf ya-
I hung up on her turning to Tre.
"Give me your number so this time i can actually text you and not have to worry about you texting me. I'm honestly trying to get to know you just give me a chance." I said
"It's **********."
"You better answer when i text you too or we gon be having some problems." I said getting up pointing my finger at him.
"Aight nigga." he said going back to watching greys anatomy.
"We're backkkkk."Sydney said opening the door.
"We don't care but i'm finna leave Biggs." I said going to dap him up.
"Aight meech." He said returning the favor.
"Bye dusty and bye Tre." I said pushing Sydney head to the side running out the door before she could hit me.
"IMMA BEAT YO ASS MEECH."
I continued walking to my car shaking my head while laughing.
