"Your scents?" Ciel held a look of confusion on his face as Izaya further explained. "Everyone has a unique smell, this is as true for demons as it is for humans." Ciel nodded slowly. "So you and Sebastian have to memorize them?" Izaya nodded ignoring the terrified cries that had suddenly erupted through the manor.
"That's not cute at all!!!"
"No!! These were a gift from the young master!!!"
"Lady Elizabeth please slow down!!!"
Ciel's eye twitched and Sebastian chuckled in amusement. "Well," Izaya continued, "We are not obligated to memorize them, but it is more convenient this way." Izaya turned his head to face his brother. He needed to make him leave for a while so that he could speak to Ciel without the boy being distracted, Sebastian being here was like having a clown at a funeral. Izaya blinked a couple of times at his analogy, he quickly shook it off and spoke to his brother who was staring at him in confusion. "Sebastian, could you fetch some tea for me and the young master?" Sebastian grinned and nodded excitedly. "I can do that!" He called and quickly left the room. Ciel watched the scene in awe. "It's like he was replaced by Pluto..." He spoke in a slight daze. Izaya nodded at the statement before responding. "Yes, except he's fully clothed and speaks." Izaya snapped a couple of times in front of Ciel in an attempt to regain his attention. "Focus please, Ciel." Ciel quickly composed himself and returned his attention to Izaya. "Now, the reason I had Sebastian leave is because he's very prideful and too many interruptions could make it difficult for you to understand." Ciel nodded again, he suddenly felt as though he was learning to dance all over again. Except now it was his brain doing the steps instead of his feet. Izaya took Ciel's silence as a chance to continue. You see, even though he's rather strong and very smart, Sebastian is a bit accident-prone." Izaya paused giving Ciel a moment to process the information before continuing, "For example, did you know Sebastian was responsible for spreading the black plaque?" Ciel's eyes widened but he kept quiet and simply shook his head no. Izaya shut his eyes and run a hand through this hair. He let out an exasperated sigh. "I got worried and went out to find him, even though we don't get sick I still felt the need to check on him. When I found the idiot and discovered that he was the one spreading it I scolded him for hours, not because he spread it, but because he didn't even know he was doing it!! He just went around giving it to every random person on the streets!!!" Izaya let out an irritated groan at the memory. " Thankfully I managed to convince the humans to blame it on the rats." Ciel listened quietly while wondering just how many of his history lessons were lies. Izaya turned back to the young boy, "Anyway, Ciel, have you ever wondered how Sebastian is always able to find you despite the situation?" Ciel tilted his head slightly In confusion. " I assumed it was due to the contract?" He answered nd Izaya shook his head. "Not quite, Sebastian finds you the same way I found him during the plaque," Izaya's lips formed into a grin, "He could smell you." Ciel suddenly felt his as though his stomach was doing flips. He opened his mouth to respond when the door opened and Sebastian walked in. Izaya's eyes widened and he blinked multiple times in an attempt to process the sight in front of him. His older brother was dressed in a frilly pink dress covered in ribbons and lace. The tea cart was also pink as well as the cups and pot on top of it. A loud snort brought Izaya out of his thoughts as he turned to look at the Ciel. The Earl of Phantomhive was currently shaking as he attempted to stop the laugh that was threatening to pour out. Sebastian twitched but he still held his smile stubbornly as he poured the tea and placed it in front of Izaya and Ciel. Izaya smirked to himself as he held back a laugh of his own he picked up the cup in front of him and brought it up to his lips before speaking, "Thank you big sister." Ciel burst out laughing.

FanfictionI love the thought of Izaya and Sebastian being siblings so I wrote this. As always I'm open to constructive criticism.
