'I'm an idiot' Izaya thought as he continued to smirk at Shinra. "You want to know why I'm going to England and how I understood her without reading her PDA?" Shinra nodded. "That's easy!" Izaya grinned. Shinra stared at him in anticipation, waiting for him to explain. "Well obviously I'm a demon from hell so I can hear dulahans and I'm going to England is to see my demon brother and his 13-year-old brat of a master whom he's bound to because they have a contract that states my brother must do as he wishes which led to him being forced to become his butler and in return my brother would get to devour his soul after he's died, oh! But don't tell anyone, humans aren't meant to know about demons. If they did, the grim reapers would never let us hear the end of it." He said with a laugh, bringing a finger to his lips. Shinra sighed as if he was expecting this. Shizuo had a much different reaction though. "You were a demon this whole time!?" Izaya held back a laugh and nodded with a smirk. Shinra rolled his eyes, "Shizuo, he's not a demon, he's just messing with you." Celty typed something before sharing it with the class.'Besides, if he wasn't human I'm sure I would be able to sense it.' Izaya raised an eyebrow, he wondered why she didn't know that demons could compress their powers amongst humans, it was probably information her head contained. How boring. He sighed, as much as he would love to see their reactions to finding out the truth, this was probably for the best. "Shizu-chan is an idiot, Shizu-chan is an idiot!" He sang the chant in a childish tone watching as Shizuo's face began to glow red in anger and embarrassment. "SHUT UP!!" He screamed lurching forward to punch him. Izaya dodged laughing, " You actually thought I was a real demon!" Izaya grinned as Shizuo continued to throw punches in vain. Shira and Celty managed to calm him down, but not after a struggle. Izaya glanced at the clock and saw the time, he should have some time to get to the airport. Izaya was never one to be late unless something has come up. "I should get going or the plane will leave without me." Izaya stood up and packed up his computer before standing up. "I suggest you leave before I activate security." Izaya said with a fake smile painted on his face. Shinra looked at him confused. "What security" Izaya rolled his eyes. "Tim!" He called and as expected the familiar electronic voice replied.
"YES SIR, WHAT DO YOU NEED?"
Izaya smirked in amusement when the three before him jumped in surprise. "What the hell was that!!!" Shizuo yelled out in anger due to not understanding what was going on. "That-" Izaya smirked again, "Is my security system." A look of disbelief crossed Shinra's face. "Since when do you have a speaking security system!?" Shinra exclaimed. Izaya looked at him like he had suddenly grown a new head. "I'm a wealthy informant living in Japan with more enemies than I can remember, why wouldn't I have security? I need to sleep somehow." Izaya checked his watch and groaned, "I really do need to go now so if you don't mind..." Izaya gestured towards the door and the others seemed to snap out of a trance. The doctor was the first to move from his spot and walk out the door his lover soon followed and the brute reluctantly brought up the back. Izaya smirked in satisfaction as he picked up his computer and two of his phone chargers as well as his work phone and his personal phone. He slipped into his signature fur trimmed jacket and stuffed the chargers and phones into one of the pockets. Izaya picked up the suitcase by the door and followed the three out closing the door, not bothering to lock it. The thought of someone walking in only to be slowly killed by Tim brought a smile to his face. The image of the terrified expression lingered in Izaya's mind and he chuckled darkly. Izaya's walk slowly transformed into a joyful skip with a mischievous smile painted on his lips as he hummed a happy tune. Shinra stared at him like he was some sort of puzzle in need of solving. It was a look Izaya was very familiar with so he payed it no mind, after all, no one has been able to figure him out before, why would they start now? Right? Fro some reason Izaya's heart dropped at the question, he wasn't usually a superstitious person but in that moment Izaya sensed a bad omen.
