Being a team player

I will admit I had my fair share of failing. For I die daily and everyday I have to repent because I make mistakes all the time. One particular one in fact I wish I could take back. I didn't put God number one in my life. Yeah, I would go to church every Sunday and Wednesday, but I knew in my heart I wasn't living right. I was hanging around the wrong people, doing things that I shouldn't have. And basically running away from God. I had no idea why I did what I did. In my heart I knew I was dead wrong and if the Lord came, I knew I would be lost forever. Saying negative things, being rude, having a dirty mouth and not caring about the way I acted. I know I was wrong and I regret every moment of it. However, I learned from my mistake and when that day finally came when I realized that I needed to change from my ways, I did. I cried in my shame, my guilt upon the Lord and asking for forgiveness. My God is so good that He forgives me. He still loves me no matter what. He cared and He never left my side. I know realize that there is nothing better then living for God. And that I don't wanna gain the whole world and lose my soul. We are gonna go through things. It's not going to be easy when we commit our lives to God, but I know it will all be worth it. I know that this isn't our home, for we are just passing through. Tell your friend your down falls or just tell God, so you can move on and do more for God. Don't keep waste your life, you have a purpose and we all need encouragement once in a while. Tell a friend, a family member to stay strong and keep pressing on. We all are human, we all sin, we all make mistakes. Doesn't matter if someone lies and another kills. Sin is Sin. It's all the same to God, so help each other and encourage one another, for we all are trying to head for the same place. Don't be judgmental, don't be bitter because if God can forgive you then you should be able to forgive another.

Before we look at others and judge them or try to change them, we need to examine ourselves. We all make mistakes, no one is perfect. "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23

Encouraging one another. Helping a brother or sister in need when they fall is what we should be doing. God still holds out his hand for you and I, so why can't we do the same with others.

"And we know that all things work together for the good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28

Work together. Be that person who is a team player. Just one person on a sports team cannot do much, but with a team they can work together and do more than they think.
