(This entire story will be from Rachel's POV)

"And that's how you multip-" I noticed that my friends had fallen all asleep.

That's what happens when you try to help them study. I sighed and spun around on my chair to face Rory.

"At least I tried," I stood up.

"Well, it is almost midnight," Rory told me.

"Yea I guess it's kinda late," I admitted.

I set up sleeping bags on the floor and went over to Mya. I carefully helped her up and led her over to her sleeping bag. I did the same for the other girls and plopped down onto my bed.

"Goodnight, Rachel," Rory said before laying down.

"Goodnight, Rory," I responded.

Just as I was about to drift asleep, Rory woke me up.

"Rachel, a dark heartbeat!" He yell-whispered.

"Should I wake them," I referred to my friends. "I think I can do this on my own."

"Okay, Rachel," Rory said. "You know the words."

"Glitter Force Makeover!" I said.

Once I transformed, I double checked that everyone was asleep, and exited through the window.I ran towards the dock, which is where Rory told me it was, and hoped it wasn't something too challenging. To be honest, I wasn't sure that I would be able to do it, I just didn't want to wake up the other girls.

I had reached the dock and was greeted by a giant Distain that was in the form of a crane. Not far from him was Marmo, who was encouraging him to destroy the dock.

"Hey!" I yelled.

"About time you showed up," Marmo looked at me. "Where's your little pals."

"It'll just be me today," I glared. "But that's all we need against you."

"We'll see about that," Marmo said. "Distain!"

The Distain picked up a storage crate from a boat and threw it at me. I easily dodged it and began running towards it.

"Be careful, Diamond," Rory said. "Remember, you're alone this time."

"I will, Rory," I assured.

This was going to be a quick battle, all I had to do was use my Diamond Shower on him and he'd be done, I hope. He threw another storage crate at me, which was a little hard to dodge since I was a tired from running, but I was fine.

"Diamond Shower!" I shot them at where the Distain was.

Without me knowing, it moved behind me and threw a crate at me before I could hit him with my Diamond Shower. I turned around swiftly and got hit by the crate, pushing me backwards into the water. My back hit the water hard and it hurt, so much that it was a struggle to get back up to the top. I began swimming up, but it hurt too much, I still kept trying. Even though I was swinging my arms and legs, I was still sinking and running out of air.

I heard a commotion at the surface before I saw a figure jump into the water. Before I ran out of energy, I saw light blue hair, then nothing.
