Love , Cedric

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝟗: 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥

Its the Third task day today , The professors said that we will got through a maze and whoever touched the trophy first will win . Reece Was still worrying about me , i always comforted her . It was finally time for the third task , Reece sat next to Hermione and cheering for me . I got ready and stand in front of the maze .

REECE POV

I was sitting on the seats and praying for Cedric . Mr.Filch launches the bullet before Professor Dumbledore even said to launch . Cedric went in to the maze and the bush closed behind him . We  waited about one hour i was worrying and my hands were sweaty . And a big noise struck . At first i cant hear what happened because of the loud song that was playing in the background. The music had stop and i heard a cry and scream , it was Harry's i rushed down there and saw Cedric's father saying

" Thats my boy ! Thats my boy !"

I saw Cedric laying on the ground pale looking with scratches around his body . I was shocked and cried screaming

" No! It cant be !"

I quickly realized that i havent used my power yet . I got up still crying and said

" Professor! We need to bring Cedric to the Hospital now!"

They rushed him to the hospital and i went there crying hoping this would work. Hermione accompanied me and holding my hand while running to the hospital . As we got to the hospital , cedric was laid on to the bed and i sat on a chair next to him .

HERMIONE POV

Reece was crying all the way , she sat on the chair and start closing her eyes and Humming softly , her voice was beautiful . She hums and crying at the same time . Her hair start to glow when she hums . Her hair grows and wrap around Cedrics hand . Cedric's skin was glowing too . She hums a lot more , until madam pomfrey yelled

" Hes Breathing again!"

Reece stops humming and touched the bottom of Cedric nose she said

" Thank god , Cedric's alive " she said with relieved . She was still crying , crying with happiness i supposed. Then she said something to me .

" Hermione , please dont tell the other students about what i did " and she also said " Its a secret "

I promised her to not tell anyone about it . The teachers told everyone to leave reece ,cedric ,and his dad alone . And we did .

AMOS POV (CEDRIC'S FATHER)

The girl Reece was very kind , i said

"Thank you so much i cant tell you how much i thank you , but why do you save him ?"

" Your son has always been my best friend hes always protecting me , and i did this as a payback for him"

" i cant thanked you enough , thank you "
The girl smiled and she kept holding Cedric's hands and her hands were trembling . We waited and the girl had fallen asleep holding his hands . I asked the nurses to put her in bed next to Cedric . They both were asleep and i did too .

CEDRIC POV

I woke up and was surprised , i had my life flashed before my eyes . I thought i was dead , i saw my father sleeping across from my bed and saw him asleep i said

" Father , im alive !"

My father woke up and was overjoyed , he said that Reece was the one who saved me from dying with her powerful healing hair. I remembered Reece said that her hair had a secret power , turns out she can heal people and bring people back to life . I look to my right and there she was , sleeping heavily . I got up from my bed , i was still feeling hurt from all the scratches . I went to her bed and said

" I promised to protect you , but you protect me "

Suddenly Reece woke up and said

" Ced!, you are back !" She said that hughing me tightly

" Now now you two " said my father

We stop cuddling and i told my father to leave us alone and he did . I kissed Reece on the lips , she hugged me tightly again and said

" I dont want to lose you , never "

" Me too, but you said that if you ever used your power , someone will try to kill you , but why ?"

" Voldemort will come for me , because death eaters was coming for me to save their lord , which was Voldemort , they wanted to saved him "

" So did you do it ?" I said

" No, so they said that if Voldemort ever rise again , they would kill me "

" Why would you risk your life ?"

" I love you Ced, i always do "

We cuddle and kissed for a while . Until Professor Dumbledore came in ,  he wanted to announce that Cedric is saved but i told Dumbledore that we need to keep how he was saved a secret ,all the teachers agreed and kept it a secret . They announce the winner it was Harry and Cedric because technicaly they both came back. We celebrated it with a great Feast . I went to the bathroom because i wasnt feeling well . I was throwing up , i dont know why. I think Cedric heard me and went in . He comforted me and went to his dorm .

I took off my ring and put it on his bedside table . We chat and i laid on his bed , he was sitting on the chair i talked about my life and looking at the ceiling , when i faced him , he was siting there staring at with his hands under his chin . He said

" Kiss me !"

" No! not here "

" Theres no one here , kiss me !"

I refused but he kept on insisting . I was still laying on the bed and he went next to me and said

" If you dont want to kiss me , i will"

He kissed me and pulling me into a sitting position he , he pulls me by the neck and we were still kissing . I heard a whisper and stopped kissing . It was the other hufflepuff's boys . They left and Cedric kept wanting to kiss me . I refused and said that we should go somewhere else . I put my stuff back and left with Cedric following me .

We went to the lake where he confessed his love for me , i said

"You remember what happened here ced?"

" Of course , i made my dream girl mine"

I giggled and he holds my waist with his other hand. He kissed my head and said

"I hate you !"

" Why ?" I said

" You are too beautiful !"

I laughed and said

" Of course i am "

I told Cedric to close his eyes . I run away from him and hid behind a big tree . I can hear him walking around . I peeked from the left side of the tree and saw , no one . I turn the other way and Cedric took my chin up and kissed it . I ran away again . He chased me and said

" You have been bad , i have to punish you !"

"Well , whats the punishment ?"

" Be mine forever "

" Okay , bet "

We sat on the ground staring at the blue sky . I faced my face to him and he did too . I giggled and stare back at the sky , but Cedric didnt , he kept staring at me . We went in because it was lunch time already . I went and sat on my House table , so me and Ced seperate . Dumbledore announce to all students that Voldemort , might be alive by now and students have to be careful .
