Staring at my reflection in the mirror for more than thirty minutes now made me get tired of my gorgeous yet puzzled face. Yes, if you can't tell, I'm pretty obsessed with myself. It wouldn't be an obvious thing but if you look like me, you'll get my point.

I massaged my back before getting up. I almost forgot the plan Kristeinne told me so I got ready like- an hour or so ago. I've been staring at my mirror for thirty minutes waiting for her to arrive and she's so late. I mean, what can I expect? She's late most of the time no matter what event we are joining!

I grabbed my things before leaving my room. If she ain't coming, I'll go there by myself. "Where the hell are you going?" Startled, I stopped myself from my tracks. I turned around to see Jade and Alexander standing in front of me with their arms crossed and their eyebrows furrowed.

"Out?" I said as if it's not obvious and made a weird face.

"Exactly where?" asked Alex.

I rolled my eyes and sighed heavily. They raised both their eyebrows, waiting for me to answer their questions. "I..." They stared at me with anticipation while I stared at them with nervousness. "You'll never catch me alive!" I exclaimed and started to run.

I was about to run downstairs when Jade grabbed my arm. "W-wait.. Wait! Wait.. you'll never catch me-" I ran when he lost his grip but he caught me again.

I tried to remove his grasp while making a pleading face. "Look!" I pointed behind him and he fell for it. I booked it when he lost his grip on me.

"Ha! You'll never catch me ali--" I suddenly stopped in my tracks when I saw Alexander standing in front of me! "How the hell--" I got cut off when I saw that Jade is now behind me. I'm surrounded by my strict yet idiotic brothers.

"Bold of you to assume you'll be able to escape us." I snickered when my brother, Alexander, spoke like a villain.

"Fine! I'm going to the bar!" I exclaimed.

"What!?" I faintly heard someone say as if it's coming from a... "Huh?" I looked down on Alex's phone and saw Dad's face so close to the camera, he could pass through.

"WHAT THE HELL-" I burst out laughing when I realized dad was on a call with my brothers the whole time they were chasing me around.

"You'll not laugh when I get home, missy," Dad said, making me stop laughing suddenly.

"Can I please go?" I pleaded.

"Have fun, honey!" said mom.

"NO," exclaimed dad.

"Let her be! She's an adult now," mom tried to reason with dad while I got hopeful.

"Already an adult? She's only 21 and she's still under my roof!" my agitated father argued.

"Oh, hush! Stop being too strict before our daughter starts to rebel against us. Go on, honey! Enjoy! Don't mind your father," mom assured me as she covered my father's mouth and all I and my brothers could do was watch and stare at the phone.
