Copy:if you can't remember,her quirk is "copy"she can basically copy anyone's quirk but the drawbacks are that she can't copy any other quirk for 30 mins and will be a bit tired for a short period of time.
Shapeshift:she can turn into any animal of her desires but the first animal she can think of will be her spirit animal,basically her original form and she can have ears and tail if she controls it right. Their are no drawbacks

Izuku's quirks and soul mark
Pocket inventory:he can pull anything out his pocket without bringing anything,if he concentrates he can master it and probably be able to take out a machine gun🙂,but since he is too young he can only take out useful stuff to survive the wilderness. The drawbacks are if he takes out to much stuff and thinks to much his brain will automatically put him to sleep.
Shapeshift:same as ochaco but he can only stick to his natural color,green.ochaco can turn into anything and change her colors,izuku can't. There is no drawbacks
