After that day, we trained together a few more times, me being unbeatable. I don't know how really though. And now, the day has come. (THE DAY, HAS COME! LOVE THE FRICKEN SONG U^U)
The sports festival was today. I can't wait to wipe the floor with Kat. He's gonna be so embarrassed. I throw on my uniform and grab my side bag. I run out the door, stealing a piece of toast that my mom had made.
"Don't forget to watch mom!"
"I won't! Be safe, Y/N!" She replied as I shut the door.
I run to the bus stop, and take a seat on the bench.
"10 minutes early?!" I whisper/yell.
I put in my headphones and turn on some MCR. I scroll through Pinterest looking at Naruto memes and whatnot. I was so fixated on my screen, that I didn't even notice someone sitting net to me.
They tapped me on the shoulder.
"Y/N? Can we talk now?"
I unplug my headphones, and make eye contact. I hesitantly nod my head.
"Thank you. I wanted to apologize for putting you in such a stressful situation. Clearly pushing you to choose was not the right course of action. I am sorry."
"I-it's fine..." I reply, looking away.
We both board the bus, and end up sitting in the same seat. A large tension sets upon us. WHY DAMNIT-
