The Arcade

Y/n's PIV
I woke up in Todoroki's arms and started blushing, I tried to move away but he held me tight acting like he saw Satan himself. Maybe he's having a nightmare I thought to myself, He started moving and looked at me with his eyes wide awake. "Good morning Y/n" he said in a raspy voice, " Good morning Todoroki" I replied.

We got up and stretched, Todoroki scanned his closet and threw some clothes at me "Here, just wear my clothes for now while we're out" he said. He grabbed his own pair and went to go shower. We both got ready and left to the arcade.

Todoroki's POV
We arrived and I payed for our entree and Y/n paid for tokens, He bought a lot. I was still tired and I think y/n noticed, "I'll be right back Todoroki" he said, God why does he have to be so cute. I started playing some machines and was slowly dozing off until I see y/n come back with a toy. "Here have this, hopefully this doesn't make you sleepy!" He said excitingly. "Thank you y/n" I said It lightened me up after I got the plushie.

We played a lot of games and even won a Nintendo switch, Y/n must've been happy since he kept jumping up and down when we got the switch. We were both having fun until...

"Y/NN!!" His father yelled from the entrance of the arcade, "GET OVER HERE NOW!" At this point he was causing a scene. Y/n started walking towards him with his head down "Don't go" I said grabbing his arm, "It's gonna be alright" he said doubtfully, I could tell he was scared about what will happen. He let go of my arm and went to his father leaving the Arcade. I could hear his father yelling at him which made be shed a few tears.

Y/n's POV
I left the Arcade in fear, I didn't thank Todoroki for a good time but when I get home it's not going to be fun. My father kept yelling at me even when we got home, I went into my room and he followed shortly after. "You made so so angry, Follow me" He said while grabbing my arm, I couldn't break his grip so I just followed him. He packed my bags which made sense since I didn't have my furniture anymore. "You're living out here now!" He yelled as he kept smacking me outside. He went inside and I started crying, I'm assuming he kicked me out from his anger.

I kept crying until I saw Todoroki, He gave me a warm smile and giving me the comfort I needed. "He's making me sleep outside now" I said, I ran up to Todoroki and started bawling in his chest. He gasped and I looked behind me there he was, My evil father who kicked me out and beaten me, holding a belt. He ran full speed at me and I used my quirk to make a wall in between us. Todoroki grabbed my arm and we started running to his house. Thankfully I had a bag full of my clothes and my uniform for school. We looked out the window from his kitchen and saw my Father running towards the house at full speed. I hid in Todoroki's room for safety

After a while my Father went away, I started taking my clothes off and giving it to Todoroki, I noticed that he was blushing but I didn't think too much of it. I put my own clothes on and we decided to recap on what happened. "I know this is a bad time but.." Todoroki said in a panick, "I like you a lot..." when he said that he blushed like crazy. "I like you too Todoroki" and I ran into his arms. I was so happy he liked me back and that now my life isn't as terrible as I thought it was. Maybe my life turned for the better.
