The Phone Call

Y/N's POV
We noticed that it was getting late so we all decided to call it a day and head to bed, I went to go find my sleep bag and only found my bag that had snacks, and my clothes in it. Oh no I left my sleeping bag at my house! I realized that would mean I would have to sleep on the hard wood floor with no blankets.

I looked at my phone and saw the police station calling me, I went on the Balcony to answer it "hello?" I said into the phone "Hello is this (y/n) (L/n)?" The caller asked, I replied with a yes before the police officer told me what happened... "We wanted to tell you about the person that was inside your house, he is a serial killer who targets the parents of children. We did a search on your house and saw your mother lifeless on her bedroom floor with 27 stab wounds in her chest" My heart dropped to my stomach when I heard that last sentence. Like the world had stopped spinning, Like a bullet through my heart.

The police officer told me that I would have to live with my father until further notice, and I hung up after the conversation. I fell to my knees and sobbed like a maniac. I didn't want anyone to hear me so I did it quietly. After my sobbing sessions I went inside where all the boys were sleeping and laid down in the floor with nothing to cover my body with except my clothes. Everyone looked comfortable, some with a fancy blanket, some with sleeping bags, some with their clothes on, and some with their shirts off.

I decided to move next to Todoroki, If Im gonna be suffering I might as well lay down next to my crush.

Todoroki's POV

I was still awake when y/n went to take that phone call, he came back with tears streaming down his face and started to cry more when he laid near me with nothing to cover himself.

I felt bad for him so I got up with my pillows and blanket and moved to where y/n was sleeping. I put my big blanket over him and put one of my pillows under his head. He woke up in sadness and kept crying. "Y/n are you alright?" I asked when he started crying again, he turned around and saw me and then proceeded to tell me what happened.

I fell into complete shock when he told me what happened, I pulled him closer to the point where he was crying on my chest. I hugged him until we both slept.

3rd person POV

It became morning and everyone started waking up, Y/n apologized to Todoroki about what happened the night before. They both parted ways and went home, Y/n arrived home to pack his stuff and go to his fathers.

TIME SKIP TO 3 WEEKS LATER
Y/N's POV
Before I got up, I saw my father standing in the doorway. I realized that he's drunk and told him to leave, He yelled at me and began to beat me until my alarm went off. He stopped and left, so I got up and did my daily morning routine, I left the house as soon as I could and cried my way to school. I got to the school gate and wiped my tears awake while Todoroki runs towards me and realized that I cried before getting here "How can you tell?" I asked in a gloomy tone "You can tell Y/n, what's going on at home?" He asked while tilting his head.

I didn't have there gut to tell him so I kept quiet about the situation at home and told him it was about a story I saw, He looked in confusion but we both decided we should head to class. I couldn't pay attention is class because of what happened before school. Mr Aizawa noticed and yelled at for it, I snapped out of my trance and payed attention. When Mr Aizawa wasn't paying attention, Todoroki snuck in a hug and whispered "Everything is going to be alright".

The bell rung and we all went to lunch, I did what I always have and went to the rooftop. But this time Todoroki went with me and ate with me. At this point I wanted to tell Todoroki I had a crush on him but I didn't have a chance with him, I mean he probably likes girls anyway.

The school day ended and I walked with Todoroki, I told him everything about what happens at home and that school was my get away from home. Todoroki looked furious and started walking to my home. I stopped him because I could get into more trouble if he did something. "You can stay with me if you want if it's that bad" he said in a soft tone, I was surprised because he was always emotionless. I agreed to staying at his place. Since we didn't have school tomorrow I went without any of my stuff. His house was Huge and I met his sister, she was very nice and welcoming. We went into his room and let me tell you, it was MASSIVE he had his own closet, shower and workout area. I forgot clothes so he threw me some of his clothes; An oversized Gray Tee, and some shorts. He decided to start working out with his equipment, He then decided to take off his shirt and I became a blushing mess. I has Abs too but that's because of the hero training at school. I decided to grab a spare towel and go into the shower.

Todoroki's POV
My sister welcomed y/n and gave him some snacks, we went into my room and showed him where everything was. He didn't have any clothes so I threw him a shirt and shorts. I decided to start working out to try and impress him and even took off my shirt. I got into my workout session, and then he asked where are the spare towels were so I got up and handed him one. He was blushing but then decided to leave and take a shower.

I felt bad for him. He has no safe place to go except school and my place, He looked mentally and physically exhausted. He came in all changed and I myself went to go shower, as I walked away I patted his fluffy (h/c) hair and went into the bathroom. I got back and we both talked to each other about his situation. "Where am I sleeping" y/n asked with a drowsy look on his face. I didn't have a spare bed so I told him he can sleep on my bed with me, We both started blushing and looked away for a quick moment. I didn't tell him that I liked him yet so that can wait until tomorrow. "Hey, do you wanna go to the arcade with me tomorrow" I asked, He looked at me "Sure but I still don't have clothes to wear" he said.
"We'll figure that out in the morning"
"Alright Goodnight Todoroki"
"Goodnight y/n stay warm" I said since it gets really really cold in my room.
I woke up in the middle of the night with Y/n on my fire side, he looked like he was freezing so I heated him up and he grew a soft smile on his face. I kept him there and fell back asleep.
