The new episode of Lost in the Big City was so good! I was really sad though because my favorite character Alyssa's brother in law died. So of course like every fan girl out there, I cried my ass off.
When I woke up in the morning, I had a terrible headache. I decided to get some coffee, even though it might make my headache worse, and headed to the Starbucks inside of the hotel. That's right, fucking Starbucks. If anything makes situations better, it's Starbucks.
I ordered a grande Carmel Latte, and waited for about 3 minutes to get my coffee, which wasn't that bad considering that it was packed. I picked it up and started to walk towards my hotel room.
When I got up to the fifth floor, I heard weird dub step music playing from the room next to me....the creepy guy. I groaned and packed up, suffering through the stupid songs.
Once I had packed up, I checked out at the lobby (with a different lady) and got in my car. Time to get away from that creep!
I drove for a while until I came to a gas station. I looked in the freezer and got a sparkling water, and got in line to check out. It was my turn to pay, and I realized I had left my wallet in the car. "Shit! I'm so sorry, I left my wallet in my car. I'll go get it." I said to the cashier. I started to walked away but heard a voice behind me. "No, it's ok. I'll pay." I turned around and saw a guy that made my heart beat faster. "No, you don't have to!" I said, and I felt myself blush. "Maybe you can pay me back by having a drink with me sometime then?" he asked, and gave the cashier his money before I could answer. "Deal." I said smiling. We started to walk out of the gas station. "You staying in town?" he asked me. "How did you know I'm from out of town?" I asked. "I can just tell." he said. "Also, you got your food from a gas station, so either you're really broke, or you're on the road." I laughed. "You're awfully good at guessing." I said. "Try guessing other things." He laughed. "Okay! Let's see....you're pretty, so you have a boyfriend. And you smell like hotel lotion, so you stayed in a hotel last night." I smiled. "You got one of those correct." I said. "No boyfriend?" he said. "That's hard to believe." I blushed. "Just haven't found the right person I guess." I said. "Well, maybe that'll change if you decide to keep your promise. Wanna go out for drinks?" he asked. "A deals a deal." I said. "I'm not from here though. Where's a good place?" He smiled. "Oh yeah, I forgot. Do you need a place to stay? I live with my parents, so it won't be a creepy thing, but you could stay at my house. We have a guest room." I didn't know if I should go or not. My heart said yes, but my instincts were telling me not to. All my life I had been told to never trust strangers, but this guy was different, and I could tell. "One night." I said. "No weird stuff though, ok?" I said, and he laughed. "No weird stuff, got it. I can't guarantee that my mom isn't going to be weird about this though. She's thinks everyone I meet is my new girlfriend." I laughed. But a part of me wished it was true. I realized the truth. I was falling for a guy that I didn't even know the name of, and I didn't even care.
