Bakugou knew for a long time. A really long time.

He never thought to say a thing about it, I mean how could he outright accuse people of being afraid of him. Even if just a little.

The first time he noticed it was with his mom. She was always brash, loud, and rude. Nothing out of the ordinary. But, after his quirk manifested something was different. She wasn't nearly as loud, not only that she was nicer, cautious even. He even overheard her one night talking about taking therapy sessions.
His father was the same before and after, he didn't seem afraid let alone worried about his well-being for the future. Masaru trusted his son's judgment enough to know nothing seriously wrong would happen. At least nothing extreme, like how people would talk of Katsuki.

The natural-born villain was the first-word Bakugou was presented with, that fateful day, when he first showed his quirk.
The kids around him had mixed feelings, some were excited, others looked afraid. Some even praised the young blonde, speaking of how cool of a quirk he had.

The teachers, however...

Though they didn't show it, it was clear with how they're brows furrowed at each pop of the sparks that emitted from Bakugou's hands, that they were nervous. How some held some of the children back or whispered for someone to get his parents. But at the time, Bakugou wasn't worried about that. Not in the slightest. They still gave him bits of praise, throughout the time it took for his parents to come. Though no praise would ever surpass the one he got from a certain curly-haired boy.

Since the first spark had shown, Midoriya was awe-struck. Mouth stuck in an obnoxious 'O' shape, and his eyes gleamed in amazement.
Bakugou didn't even know it was this possible to be so happy for a person, especially when it came to the others' desire to become a hero. Wasn't he jealous? Didn't he see him as a threat? Someone who needed to be taken down, as a way for the younger boy to escalate to the top? The other was either stupid or playing at some game.

If that was the case, Midoriya has been either for seven years and he hates it. He can't be too mad, however, as the male has been here for him since then. He hasn't changed a bit, and as far as Bakugou could tell, the male wasn't afraid of him. At least..he hoped not. Either way, afraid or not, the boy was annoying as always and it only got worse the more they grew.

Even with the green-haired boy being quirkless, Bakugou still found himself side to side with him in U.A's walls. Scratch that. The bastard wasn't quirkless after all. Not only that, but he had an impressive ass quirk. If only he could handle it.

Bakugou didn't know why, but it pissed him off beyond belief to Midor- Deku, get praise for his rescue points. Not only that, but for his quirk, and they didn't seem scared at all. I mean, you'd think with a quirk that broke almost all your bones, people would a be a bit more terrified. Especially with the fact that he could take down a robot with one punch.

But no.

But when it came to himself. Bakugou Katsuki. People were weary. Sometimes the blond just wondered if they were afraid of explosions. Maybe that was it.

As time pulled on, it only got worse from there, at least that's what he thought.
The more tests he went through, the more his teachers and peers became weary of him. Except for Deku.

Now, he could admit, some of the his..actions were a bit overboard. But nothing villain worthy. Right?

The last straw seemed to be the kidnapping. That or the sports festival. He couldn't tell. It was at least a week after the incident, he was given time to recover and gather up his bearings. In that time he was also able to reflect on the fact that some of his peers came out to help him. It hurt to think about it.

Either way, he found himself in All Might's office, along with his parents.

His mother held the same calm look as always, though he could see the strained look in her expression. One he had seen on occasions when she was too close to absolutely losing it.
His father, on the other hand, held a nervous look to him.

"I'm glad you were able to make it, Mr. and Mrs. Bakugou." It was hard to even look at the now skinny version of his hero. The real version of his hero. And no matter what anyone said, it was his fault.

"Of course. I- We were expecting you to want to speak with us about the situation at some point." Masaru spoke softly, eyes briefly flickering to gaze at his son, then back to the retired hero.

Yagi nodded, "Good." The man sighed, straightening himself out. "Because of the current events, involving Bakugou as well as..other events and incidents we've decided it be best if he were to study elsewhere."

"What?" Mitsuki's eyes narrowed at the former hero, hands balling up on her lap. "Why? The kidnapping wasn't even his fault-"

"Now, I never said it was and it's not just that."

"Then what?! Katsuki has earned his spot here fair and square! And if a couple of squirts can't keep up with his pace then that's on them!"

"Mitsuki-" Masura was barely even able to get out his sentence before the woman started up again. Yagi sat patience, waiting for her to finish. All the while, Bakugou sat silently in his seat. He had nothing to say on the matter, he was at a loss for words for once in his life.

Study elsewhere?

Where the fuck was he gonna go? He didn't want to go anywhere but here. He'd wanted to go here since he was young and now all of a sudden he wasn't allowed to stay?

His brows furrowed and with the mixture of his mother yelling, and the suspension of his stay at the one school he dreamed of being in he could feel the light pops of sparks emitting from his palms.

Yagi must've noticed as soon as they started, as he heard the man's voice pierce sharply through his mother's yelling.

"Bakugou."

Ruby eyes shot up to look at the teacher, locking eyes with him. He could almost feel the sympathy rolling off of him and it made him sick. No, it actually made him sick. His stomach started doing flips, making the boy quickly stand up.

"Young Bak-"

He didn't let him finish as he walked out the office door, slamming it behind him. Even if he felt exceptionally better outside the office, he still made a b-line to the bathrooms.
Entering inside, he walked over to the sinks and quickly turned it on, before splashing water in his face. His eyes glanced up from the porcelain white sink in front of him, to the mirror.

Villain, huh?

It made sense if you thought about it enough. He was picked out for a reason, just like the league said. They wanted him. For one reason or another, but that wasn't good.
Yeah, his power was strong. Yeah, his attitude was strong. Yeah, he had an odd way of going about becoming a hero. But, did that make him a villain?

"Fuck.."
