There were a few who still had to wait for the appointed, scheduled time for their parents to come to pick them up. Those few namely Kirishima, Mina, and Sero, plus Todoroki as the males' father was still somewhere around the building. But for the rest, their parents didn't live as close as the rest, and the commute wasn't the best. But at least they had each other for the remaining days.
As of now, they sat in the commons room, waving by to their friends as they all took their leave. Wishing them well, until they meet again next in a few months.
"Wish we lived in this town. That way we could visit them at least." Kirishima murmured, watching through the oversized window as his classmates left the property.
"Yeah..but at least we'll be able to hang out! I didn't even know Sero lived nearby and we weren't always this close before coming to U.A! So it should be fun!" Mina exclaimed, looking between the other two males. "We can continue our sleepovers! My parents won't mind!"
"Mine either," Sero spoke up next, leaning backward on his place on the floor, between Mina's legs. "Though they'll at least want to get to know you some."
Kirishima paused, seeming almost hesitant to speak up. "Ah- Yeah, well my moms definitely won't mind either. They're pretty welcoming."Not even batting an eye, Mina let out some equivalent to a squeak. Making Shouto, for the first time in their time of being in the commons room, glance in their direction.
"I definitely wanna meet them, if they are anything like you!" She sighed happily, leaning back on the couch. "I can't even imagine how nice they are!"
"Same here, it's a shame Denki won't be able to see them. Well, not now at least. Hopefully sometime in the future though." Sero added, "Knowing him, he'd have a million questions."
Laughing nervously, Kirishima quirked his head to the side, "I think I'd rather wait when it comes to him."
"Can't blame you." Mina laughed, before gasping, "Can you imagine how blasty's parents are." Her face scrunched up, "If they're anything like him, I'll have to past."
Sero looked thoughtful, "I mean, Midoyria never said anything bad about his parents before, he even calls them Auntie and Uncle. "
"Yeah, but Midoryia's well...Midoryia. He doesn't count. Bakugou still treats Midoryia like trash and yet the guy thinks they're friends."
"That could just be the way blasty treats his friends. You gotta admit you've seen some change from when he first arrived. Before he couldn't even stand to look at us, then he started cooking us dinner every night." Sero relayed, headed quirking to the side.
"Oooh look at you defending bakubro. You're starting to sound like Kiri."
"Hey, I'm just stating facts and unlike Kiri, I'm able to admit that Bakubro is a total asshole."
"He's not an asshole-"
"Simp-" Mina quickly interjected, amusement clear as day on her face.
"I'm not! It's just like Sero said, he has a different way of showing us where his friends."
"By degrading us?" Mina asked.
"Hitting us when we annoy him?" Sero countered.
"By threatening our lives on a daily basis?"
"Refusing to call us his friends, or show any affection towards us at all?"
"..By fighting his childhood friend all for a petty reason."
Mina cackled, "Good one Todoroki! I almost forgot about that."
A frown fell upon Kirishima's face, if only for a second before a smile tugged back on his lips. "He's different."
