My Book World

In the world, there are the four elements and almost everyone has abilities from the elements. If they don't, they're called nobodies. Each element has three abilities which will be listed later on along with the danger levels of each ability and their classifications.

You can only have one element (though you can have multiple abilities in one element), if you have more than one you're considered something called a Natural Disaster. If you're a Natural Disaster (ND) then you're considered extremely dangerous and are often heavily watched and monitored if you don't get disposed of.

Air's Abilities
•Wind Manipulation: You can control, produce, and even reduce the wind or air in an area of your choice.

•Weather: You can control and manipulate the weather, ranging from sunny and nice to even tornadoes and hurricanes.

•Temperature Manipulation: You can control the temperature at any given time in any are of your choice. You are often more tolerant to severe temperatures though you can still get frostbite or burns.

Fire's Abilities
•Manipulation of Flames: You can control or produce flames of any sort, though often they don't grow much past those of a candle unless you have a source. If you can manipulate flames, you cannot be burned.

•Immunity to Heat: You have no reaction to heat. This is a more mundane ability and people are often upset if they find they only have this one.

•Light Generation: You have the ability to produce light out of nothing and can manipulate any light you have access to. You also have the ability to manipulate light into small orbs which often light the way.

Water's Abilities:
•Oceans: You have the ability to control and produce salt water. You also can hold your breath underwater supernaturally longer than normal (which is 30 seconds on average).

•Fresh Water: You have the ability to control and produce fresh water. Like with Oceans, you can hold your breath underwater supernaturally longer than normal.

•Ice/Snow: You have the ability to manipulate and produce all spectrums of ice and snow, though one tends to be weaker than the other. You often have major intolerance, if not immunity, to colder temperatures.

Earth's Abilities:
•Plants: You have the ability to grow any plant of your choice anywhere of your choice. You can bring plants back from the dead as if they were just bloomed. You don't get affected by most poisons or toxins from flowers or plants.

•Animals: You have the ability to understand what the animals around you need and can often convince them to help you. You're immediately trusted by any animal though that trust could be broken.

•Manipulation of Rocks and Metals: You have the ability to to manipulate rocks and metals to your will and often times can find them easily underneath the earth along with pulling them to the surface.

Danger Levels from Least to Greatest
•Nobodies: people with no element or ability

•Harmless: Wind Manipulation and Immunity to Heat

•Useful's & Important's: Temperature Manipulation, Light Generation, Oceans, Fresh Water, and Animals

•Watched: Weather, Flame Manipulation, Ice/Snow, Plants, and Manipulation of Rocks and Metals

•Dangerous: Natural Disasters

Harmless' aren't seen as a threat, hence the danger level of Harmless.

Useful's & Important's can be used by the government and are powerful, but not too much to pose a threat.

Watched are monitored by the government, though not to the extent of Natural disasters. Watched are all seen as threats.

Each danger level has a classification

Harmless' are called 'Simples' or 'Doves' often seen as soft, naive, innocent, and all around just simple.

Useful's & Important's are called 'Books' often seen as smarter and more logical.

The Watched are called 'Cameras' or 'Eyes'. Being with one is like always having a camera on you.

The Natural Disasters are called 'death walkers'. Being with a Natural Disaster is considered a death sentence. The Death Walkers are viewed as destructive and deadly.
