It takes healing to really believe in yourself again.  If not you'll think you're only as good as the people who hurt you

« Stop believing that people who purposely hurt you feel good, they don't! That's why you feel like they've gotten away with something and you lost; you believe in the illusion they created. One who genuinely feels at peace won't seek ways to hurt you. You have to understand this. »

Happiness, success & abundance. That's what we all desire for ourselves. It is no news that to be able to achieve that lifestyle we need to be as healthy as possible. Indeed, you are the vessel that creates & irrigates what you desire. You can achieve anything you want.
But as you may know now, you need to be healthy to assure great flows of energy that'll effectively help you reach your desires. So, I want you to be aware of EVERYTHING that can clog that vessel & compromise your energy flows. We've always been taught how to take care of our bodies, our looks, how we present ourselves. But without a healthy mind, you'll always find yourself, circling, stagnating, unhappy, unfullfiled & in a state of lack.
Abuse.
I said it.
Why are we scared of this word when we've ALL experienced it at some point in our lives? Facing it is crucial for stopping the cycle we're all entertaining by patronizing its effects on our healths.
Let's face it together, you & me.

Childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, physical assaults, manipulation, Daddy Issues, gaslighting...
In order to heal, you have to name it.
You're not a victim but a survivor.

The sooner you start the healing process, the less chances you have to get caught in a cycle.

If you've EVER experienced more than two of the signs listed below, you need to seek help & find a treatment; even if it only happened ONCE, even if you're « fine », & even if it's over. I don't want you finding yourself triggered by situations that're supposed to help you fulfill your desires.
Don't be scared of the word treatment, sometimes it's literally just saying it out loud.

Take all these very seriously as it has silent consequences that consumes you slowly.

Physical abuse: This is the easiest form of abuse to spot as it is non-accidental harm to the body. It can range from physical injuries such as hitting, pushing, wounding etc.
