Jungkook sat at the piano in his recording studio, fingers lazily moving over the keys, playing the melody of a song he had written in the quiet hours between practice and the concert preparations. The notes felt like a soft hum of longing, a piece of his heart poured into sound.

The song was about staying still, about waiting, about craving something—or someone—you couldn't quite place. He had scribbled down the lyrics in a rush, feeling compelled to get it out, but now that it was finished, it felt strangely personal. Like it had been written for someone he didn't even know.

The lyrics define how the moon look lonely like it  is crying alone in the sky, just like his heart.

He sighed, running a hand through his hair as he glanced at the papers scattered across the piano.

"I want to add this to the concert," he said suddenly, looking up at his producer who sat nearby. "As a surprise for the fans. It's not on the setlist, but I feel like... they need to hear it."

The producer looked up from his notes, raising an eyebrow. "This song? The one you just wrote?"

Jungkook nodded. "Yeah. I don't know what it is, but this one... it's different."

The producer shrugged, clearly used to Jungkook's last-minute creative whims. "If that's what you want, we'll make it happen. We'll need to work on the arrangement, though. Can't just throw it in without proper rehearsals."

"Of course," Jungkook said absentmindedly, his mind already drifting back to the song. His heart felt heavy, like it was aching for someone, but for the life of him, he couldn't figure out who. It was strange, feeling this way when everything in his life was perfectly fine—or at least, that's what he told himself.

As he was about to play the melody again, the door creaked open, and Jin stepped into the studio, looking hesitant. "Jungkook," he said softly, closing the door behind him.

Jungkook turned to face him, offering a small smile. "Hyung, what's up?"

Jin shifted on his feet, his eyes scanning the room before settling on Jungkook. "I, uh... I heard about you and Namjoon. I wanted to check on you. You doing okay?"
