Holy Mother of God!

It was like the entire female population decided that it would be absolutely amazeballs to come together as one and scream their heads off for One Direction. It felt so bloody awesome! Note the bloody sarcasm. I practically had to squeeze my way to get to the front row and as I looked around, I felt like the odd one out. Every girl around me was wearing stunning and bright-coloured clothes, whereas I looked like the black sheep among them. Literally.

I felt a tad bit uneasy among the girls as they screamed for One Direction. Since when did people like country music so much? Was One Direction really that good? And just as I thought the screams couldn't possibly get any louder, it just did. In bounced five gorgeous looking boys, all hyped up and energetic.

"Now make some noise for One Direction!" A blond boy with an Irish twang screamed into the microphone. Shrill screams and occasional "I love you Harry!" sounded throughout the stadium. I couldnt even hear myself not think. Honestly, my eardrums were going to burst anytime soon if the screams were kept up, I was absolutely sure of it. So this blond boy was Harry? Hmm, interesting. Tadaa, another sentence dripping with sarcasm.

The boys started singing songs. It wasn't country music. It was modern music. Oh my dear lord. I absolutely hated modern music. It had no meaning whatsoever; just loud sounds disguising themselves as music. People called them blissful songs. I called them fucking torture. But as much as I would hate to admit it, because I absolutely hate admitting things, their songs were catchy.

I started tapping my toes to the beat.  As soon as the song "Moments", or whatever it was named, finished, the boys then started pulling out the girls one by one. I dropped the left over piece of the ticket, and bent down on the floor, groping around for it. Grasping the paper in my hands, I stood straight up and then-

Warm, fuzzy, chocolate brown eyes stared at me intently. They were so dark yet so innocent; hypnotizing and mesmerizing. As much as I hated to do it, I looked down, feeling my cheeks heat up. What the hell was he doing; staring at me like that?! Creep.I felt a tap on my shoulder, and I looked up again. It was the boy with the chocolate-brown eyes again! What the f-

He yanked me up on stage, and then I realised what he was doing. Oh, so I'm one of the girls to be pulled on stage. Lucky me. I thought sarcastically to myself. Mister Chocolate Brown Eyes giggled at me. I raised an eyebrow, confused. What's Mister Chocolate Brown Eye's deal?

He chuckled a little louder and even though he was saying it under his breath, I heard "Mister Chocolate Brown Eyes?" I put my hand to my mouth instantly. Was I saying my thoughts out loud? Dear sweet Jesus. He laughed hard still, seeing my reaction when I realised I was indeed saying my thoughts aloud. I narrowed my eyes at him. Way to embarrass me in front of a million girls.

Speaking of the girls, I turned my attention back to them, too embarrassed to look back at Mister Chocolate Brown Eyes. I was taken back. Most of them were smiling and screaming, but I could see it  was all a facade. Behind those crazed smiles lay the frowns of hatred and jealousy. I felt my stomach drop. They were jealous of me? What was there to be jealous of? Just because I was pulled onto stage by Mister Chocolate Brown Eyes? If only they knew the life I've lived...

A microphone was shoved in front of my mouth and I looked back at Mister Chocolate Brown Eyes questioningly. He mouthed 'name' and I announced my name into the microphone. "Skylar." This time, Mister Chocolate Brown Eyes raised his eyebrow and pulled the microphone away. I shrugged; I did say my name. What was there to be so confused about?

Brushing off the awkward moment, the five boys started some other song, in which the phrase "Na Na Na" kept repeating. I didn't mind the song one bit; it was adorable and catchy. Even I started to sing along in the chorus! The other boys started twirling the chosen girls around, and Mister Chocolate Brown Eyes did the same.
