Ben and Jimin walked away from the table in silence. Scar stared with worry, wondering if their friend would be okay.
"Would you like to leave?" V asked, breaking Scar's gaze from Ben.

Scar was definitely nervous to be alone with him. They weren't afraid he was dangerous or creepy, he was just overwhelmingly handsome. Scar could even feel their own face heating up by his glance.
"If you stay, I'll pay for whatever you order," V added.
Scar let out a laugh, "You don't have to bribe me."
V rubbed his neck, "I didn't mean it like that. I mean I'd treat this as an outing between us."
"You want me to stay?" Scar asked in disbelief.
V looked at his hands, "Ah...yes. I would like to get to know you."
Scar was honestly taken aback, "I'll take a chamomile tea."

V smiled at their response, "Then, I'll be right back."
It wasn't a long wait. V must've hurried because he came back sooner than Scar expected. He set Scar's cup in front of them and sat back down.
After a few delicious gulps, Scar began to ask about V, "So why'd you come to the states?"
V looked as if he was thinking, taking time to give a thought out answer, "I needed a vacation. I took a little hiatus from singing so that I could write more songs. I decided the states was a good place to get inspiration."
Scar tried their best to pay attention, but could only focus on V's hands as he took sips from his coffee.
