The Interview

Vanessa Brown

"Alright you're all set..give me one- okay.you're good Nessa."Frankie said as he mic'd me

"Thank you."I nodded

I shook off my jitters and took a deep breath.

This is my first big interview.I had to plead with my boss for this opportunity so I just had to make sure not to fuck it up.I ran my hands through my freshly done dark brown hair and exhaled.

"Vanessa.We're ready for you."I heard

I followed behind the production assistant and saw Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth standing before me.

"Hi.Im Vanessa Brown, I'll be interviewing you two today."I reached my hand out

Evans stood still but Hemsworth immediately took my hand and shook it.

"Nice to meet you as well Vanessa.Im Chris.This is Chris number two."He joked

I chuckled.

"Yeah I think it's the other way around buddy."Evans said and took my hand

I finally linked eyes with his.Those beautiful, ocean blue eyes.

"Hellooo."Hemsworth waved his hand in front of our faces

"S-Sorry."Evans pulled his hand away from mine

I watched his cheeks turn red.

"Uhm we're going to be over here."I pointed to the set

We walked over and took our seats.The cameras and lights were ready.

"Alright.3.2...Action."

"Hello everyone this is Vanessa Brown with Reel Nation and Im accompanied today with Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth."I started with a smile

"Hello."Hemsworth waved toward the camera

"So guys.It's so good to have you here to talk a little bit about Avengers: Infinity War.First, I want to ask the both of you, how was it shooting this film with so many other castmates?"I asked

Evans looked to Hemsworth and then back to me.

"It's really fun actually.You know, as Marvel creates this universe, the cast just gets larger and larger and its a lot of fun to be on set with all of these guys."Chris Evans said

"I absolutely agree.It does take a little while longer because there are so many moving parts but uh- it's a joy for sure."Hemsworth said

I smiled and nodded.

"So Chris- in this trailer we see a different version of Captain America.His hair is long, he's grown a beard.He isn't sporting his regular Captain America suit.What can you tell us about how this new version of Steve Rogers came to be?"I asked him

He rose his eyebrows looking as if he was impressed with the question."Mm.Good question."

"Thank you."I giggled

"I think in Winter Soldier Cap kinda loses his trust in the government.All of the things that he knew before and was taught to love are all not what he thought it was.He's kinda having this identity crisis and then, civil war happens and that same government that he doesn't trust wants to control him.So you know he rejects that idea and after all of that happens he wants to lay low and kinda reevaluate his values.I think that's basically what led up to the Cap we have today."He says

I really enjoyed his answer.

After a few more technical film questions I got to really just have a conversation.
