Let me down slowly [HP]

INSPIRED BY THE SONG "LET ME DOWN SLOWLY" BY ALEC BENJAMIN 

So, Drarry was a thing, but Harry was caught cheating on Draco and they split up or decide to take a break. And it caused such a scandal. Because Draco was a marked Death Eater, they turned him into the bad guy. Claiming he wasn't what Harry wanted, or he had force Harry to be with him that's why he cheated on Draco when Draco has been nothing but kind, sweet, and loyal to Harry since even before they started dating. He can't even go outside without being yelled at, without curses and hexes being shot at him and Harry does nothing.

So Draco left, slamming the door behind him a week ago, went back to either his flat/ Malfoy manor, and hasn't contacted Harry ever since. So, he's looking at the photo of them smiling and happy. He then gets this overwhelming numbness and the next thing he knows, he was crying.

He then grabbed a parchment and a quill and just started writing a letter to Harry that will never be sent. He writes that no matter where he goes in the house, he can always feel Harry's presence. From the kitchen to the bedroom to even the bathroom. And without Harry's warm body, Draco always feels cold and numb. He's asking Harry what did he do wrong? Why did he do it? Was he a bad lover? Did he not satisfy Potter in bed? Why didn't he say anything? He'd wish that Harry had just let him down slowly, but apparantly, he's slipping through Harry's cold embrace and Draco's heart was now shattered. He repeatedly said that he wished that Harry just let him down slowly. But at the end, he'll always love harry.
