"things will get better for you, i promise you." yuta softly said. he didn't know why he even came to protect her.
he walked into her house and went over to her room. he opened the door with y/n still in his arms. he gently laid her on the bed and he backed away. y/n was sleeping soundlessly, and that's when his eyes turned crimson red.
he went back to his old self, and flew out of the house. he went over to the demons and angels, and he threw all of them a fireball. every single demon and angel was on the ground, hurt because of yuta.
"well well well, i guess you guys are back to your old selfs. why? is it because of y/n, if it is then that's dumb as fuck. she probably didn't do anything, you all are just sensitive as fuck. "
"yuta, you don't know shit—"
"shut the fuck up jaehyun. you all literally told me that i was an idiot because i went back to my old self, yet here you all are, doing the same shit as me. you insensitive fucks are stupid. i hope something happens to you all." yuta says, shooting them a glare.
he looked over at the angels, and he smiled. " thanks for helping out y/n, and not trying to hurt her." yuta said. "also i'm sorry for throwing you all fireballs." he said while scratching neck. " but still, i mean like i can't believe her own friends would try to kill her." yuta says eyeing the demons.
taeyong bit his lip, but made sure no one noticed. when he saw y/n, his heart sank. she was terrified of them. of her own friends. taeyong remembered him saying he would never go back to this state, but he broke his promise.
the demons all looked at taeyong and he glared at them. he didn't want to lose a good friend like y/n. ever since she came into their lives, everything changed.
"taeyong, what are you thinking n—"
"i cant do this. i will not ruin a perfectly good friendship because of something stupid. how long has it been since we've had a friendship with someone other than us? y/n doesn't deserve this." taeyong said making the demons glare at him.
"she's the fucking reason we're like this right now. sorry taeyong, but we aren't siding with you this time." jaehyun argued. all the demons except taeyong nodded their head.
taeyong bit down on his lip and sided with jaehyun and the demons even though he didn't want to.
"you're right." he said and made his eyes into a crimson red once again.
yuta looked at them from a far distant, and all he could do was just shrug his shoulders. he didn't understand why he had protected y/n, but he decided to not pay attention to her anymore. his eyes turned back into his fiery, red eyes and flew away.
"what's going on with me. why did i protect her?" yuta said in frustration. he huffed and threw himself on his bed. he looked at the ceiling and closed his eyes.
"i'm just going to sleep it off. it's been 2 weeks since i've last slept. it wouldn't hurt sleeping." yuta said to himself.
once he was about to drift off to sleep, his wings perked up and he heard familiar cries. his eyes shot open and he quickly got up his bed.
his wings opened big enough and he flew across the sky going to the familiar screams. his eyes burned with anger, and he got there in a flash of an eye. once he made it to the house, it was just as he expected.
9 demons surrounding her with a hungry look on their face. she sat on her bed, gripping the bed sheets tightly. her face was full of fear, and yuta grew angrier at the sight.
"get the fuck away from her." yuta snarled, making all 10 people in the room avert their attention on yuta.
his fangs have been longer than ever, and his eyes had never been this red. winwin's and haechan's eyes grew wide as they saw yuta. y/n trembled even more seeing yuta like this. jaehyun and taeyong backed away from him, never seeing this side of him. johnny and doyoung looked at each other because they also have never seen this side of him. taeil and mark looked terrified of him, so they went to the corner.
yuta took one step to the front, and all 9 demons walked back.
jaehyun reached out to grab her, but yuta was faster.
"touch her and i'll kill you. " yuta warned, shooting jaehyun a nasty glare.
jaehyun back away from y/n, but taeyong quickly got her by the neck, and went to the roof. he extended his arm making y/n hang on the edge of the roof. if taeyong let go, she would fall 15 feet down to the ground. yuta's veins looked as if they would burst at any moment, and in a split of a second, he was in front of taeyong.
yuta wrapped his hand around taeyong's neck, choking him. his nails grew sharper than a knife and if he made any sudden movement, taeyong would instantly died.
"one small movement and you die. either you put her down next to me, or say goodbye." yuta growled.
taeyong gulped and safely put y/n beside yuta. yuta let go of taeyong and pushed him off the room. he wrapped y/n in his arms, and flew to his room.
"don't leave my sight anymore. from now on, you're staying right beside me.
