YUKI's POV

I wonder who we'll meet today..

after taking me and Sasori away from the ambush in the Sand, he, Itachi and I were on the way back to base. 

Itachi said Pein has a new mission for Sasori and I. It involved a lost sibling and a former member.. 

I don't know anything about a former mamber? I wonder who that is?

We arrived at the base to see chaos, chaos everywhere...

Kisame was in the aquarium, Deidara was covered in clay, Hidan and Kakuzu were asleep on the couch.. while hugging.

"what happened here?" I asked the air and Itachi sighed

"they had too much to drink last night." Itachi said and my eyes went wide

"you drink!?" I yelled

"yeah, last night only though since you two weren't around."he shrugged and I looked at Sasori

"it means, they wouldn't want ot cause you any trouble." Sasori said and I just nodded, well... that was thoughtful.. I think..

"come on.. Pein wants to see you immediately." Itachi said and we followed. Once we arrived at the office...

"ah.. I take it you're journey didn't go so well?" Pein eased and I glared

"oh well, you'll get another chance.. for now.. Sasori has implanted a spy on one of our previous subordinates Orochimaru." he started 

Orochimaru? that sounds familiar...

"I think I've heard his name before.." I mumbled and Pein nodded

"he's one of the great sannin, along with Master Jiraiya and Tsunade; Konoha's current Hokage."

Konoha?? again... sounds familiar.

"Sasori will go there and have a talk with his spy regarding Orochimaru's plans. While there I want you to keep a look out for any strange activities and report it to me, are we clear?" he asked and I gave him a nod.

TWO DAYS LATER:

"are we there yet??" I complained and Sasori groaned

"a few more miles." he said and I sighed before giving up on standing and sitting down the ground

"come on Mori, if you want to get there soon you're gonna have to bear with it." he said 

"you said you have been there lots of times... how come you don't get tired??" I whined

"it wasn't me who was walking..it was my puppet.. normally I'd ride in him.. but since I got you with me.. that'd be rude... come to think of it it would've made the journey easier if I was alone as always." he said

"oh so now it's my fault and I'm a burden??" I raised and eyebrow and he laughed before pecking me on the lips

"I didn't mean it that way.." he said

"sounded like that way to me," I pouted and walked ahead.

after hours...

"we're here." Sasori said and I looked up to see a cave like hideout.. it had one small door at the front.

"now, my spy doesn't know you are with me, take a back entrance and start your mission." Sasori said and I nodded before jumping on the trees.

Like Sasori said.. there was a back entrance of some sort, I kept my senses up since I wasn't familiar with the place. There was no light so i had to channel fire to my fingers.
