The sound of the nature made of birds and unknown noise always appeased Mackenzie she couldn't started to explain how. As she laid on the ground looking up to the sky surrounding by the trees that were around Mrs Viola garden she tried her best to make out which form the cloud had as the time changed their form, they changed as fast as she could managed to capture the dexterity of the one that designed all the form it was as if someone was trying to make her smile, the success in the task was as always visible by the giggle that woudl be heard whenever she will found the form behind all the plane mass.

Viola Sims stood behind her window with a smile on her own lips, Mackenzie was seriously something else. In all her 48 years of living she never saw someone like her she was vivid in everything she does rather intense. She did things her own way, always truth to herself, that was why she always felt that motherly instinct kicking her when it comes to her. Maybe because she never saw or heard from her concierge as she instructed them to keep an eye on her that anyone ever came to visit her no friends no family no nothing.

"Mom, you called my principal? You know we have to go tomorrow right? We still don't have our interpret though, I know nothing in french how are we supposed to enjoy it there?" Her son voice was heard before he entered the living room falling in the couch defeated by what he thought was his poor fate.

Chuckling Viola kneeled near him her hand moving in his hairs something she knew will appeased him.

"Don't worry I just have to do something before calling your principal. You have nothing to worry about baby." Groaning he hid his head in the couch.

She knew him too well to imagine what was bothering him this time. Mackenzie made time for him all the pass week having him out or helping with his homeworks, as her work schedule was changed only for the time being as she explained them. Viola didn't discuss it since it already happened before. Now the fact that he would be gone for the next week didn't appealed to him if that means leaving her behind.

"You'll see France will be fabulous." Kissing the back of his head she stood up.

"If you say so." He mumbled still not looking her way. Sighing she left their big flat to the garden where she knew she could find the one person who became a big part in their life.

"You never get tired making out which form you can see up there. I have to invest in shades to avoid you eyes being destroy by that much light." Placing a hand to hide her eyes as she looked up at the sky Viola said sitting near Mackenzie then looked at her.

Smiling the petite brunette just placed her hands behind her head her eyes still up. Moment like those she couldn't stopped herself to roam her face, she was utterly beautiful, her complexion was one of a baby and the fact that she always wear teenager clothes when she was home didn't arrange it. She could easily pas for her son peer not much than sixteen where he had fourteen. She could remember time when her others renters took her for her daughter because she was the only to whom she ever sell a flat.

Gripping the grass to not indulge in caressing her face as she would have done with Jack, Viola eyes were glued to the mesmerizing beauty laid near her. She didn't want her to run away from them as she was a master on it. That was why the feeling she had she put them in the mother instinct she felt for her and also she wanted someone to take care of Jack like she does with Mackenzie if someday he decided to walk out of her life as Mackenzie certainly did with her family. She saw her growing in a way it would be ten years she lived in the building by her own under Viola eyes, hence why she was a huge part of Jack life, since day one she took him in as if they were related.

Laying near her Viola crossed her hands on her stomach not knowing where to start.

"Whatever you want to ask me go ahead Viola. I don't beat. At least I will never do it with you. You are family." The young woman words warm Viola heart but sting at the same time weirdly she couldn't make it out, but pushed it away.
