Chapter 6

Liyah: *is walking along the halls then sees Loki at the balcony then she walks and goes to see him* "Hello Loki!"
Loki: *is looking out towards the Bifrost bridge and doesn't say anything*
Liyah: "What's wrong?" *touches his arm and looks where he's looking* "Is that the bridge?! What's going on down there?!"
Loki: "I fear that the Frost Giants may be trying to invade. It seems that our suspicions might be right"
Liyah: "Oh no! What do we do?!"
Loki: "I have to go"
Liyah: "Oh Loki! Please be careful...Come back safely and come back to me" *says worriedly and kisses him*
Loki: "I'll be back soon. I promise" *he kisses back and goes*
Liyah: *she watches him go*

*Later On*

*Thor Comes Through The Halls With Tears In His Eyes And This Is The First Time She's Seen Him Since Before His Banishment*
Liyah: *looks at him in surprise* "Thor?!"
Thor: *he looks at her* "...Liyah?"
Liyah: "Yes it's me...Why are you crying? Is Loki with you?...He's been missing and I'm very worried Thor!" *says worriedly* "Please...can you search for him? I'm scared for him Thor...I'm afraid something has happened to him!" *she pleads worriedly*
Thor: "Loki...is dead" *he says and his voice breaks*
Liyah: "What?!...No!...I-It can't be!" *starts tearing up*
Thor: *he nods and takes a breath, collecting himself* "I'm sorry, I need to make sure that father is all right" *he starts to leave*
Liyah: "No! I don't believe this!" *balls up her fists and bangs them on his chest* "It's all your fault! It's all your...fault" *she slowly stops banging on his chest and starts crying on his chest* "No!...Loki!" *cries more*
Thor: *he hugs her* "I-I'm sorry, Liyah. I promise I will explain everything"
Liyah: *she continues crying for Loki but she manages to just nod out of her grief*
Thor: *he lets her go and goes*
Liyah: *she goes and heads towards Loki's bedroom, as she arrives at his room she starts crying again, she climbs onto his bed, lays on it, and cries in his bed*

*Next Day*

Thor: *he sends for her and he is in one of the Castle Gardens then is brought to her*
Liyah: *is now dressed in all black for grief of Loki and he can tell that she's been crying*
Thor: "Hello, Liyah"
Liyah: "Hello Thor" *bows respectfully*
Thor: "It's been a while since we've last spoken. It's good to see you again, although I wish it were under better circumstances"
Liyah: "That is true and I agree but thank you Thor"
Thor: "You're welcome, how are you holding up?"
Liyah: *sighs, shakes her head, and looks out* "I just miss him so much"
Thor: "Me too. What have you heard about him since his death?"
Liyah: "Just only what he has told me...He even promised to...return after seeing what was going on with the bridge" *looks down sad*
Thor: "I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this, Liyah, but Loki has deceived all of us"
Liyah: "What?!" *says in surprise* "Why would you even say that? How dare you!"
Thor: "He tried to kill me and almost succeeded. He had to be put into place, he had a plan to wipe out the Frost Giants, and he used cunning timing. If he had his way, I would be dead and so would they"
Liyah: "Lies! Why are you tarnishing and ruining his name? He just died and he's your brother!"
Thor: *he gives her a stern look, and she can see that he is being serious and he has some tears in his eyes*
Liyah: *she sees and looks into his eyes and can see that he's not lying* "But that...can't be Loki...he was such a kind and a sweet person" *shakes her head*
Thor: *he sighs* "He was"
Liyah: "Why would he do all of those things you've said?" *she thinks and realizes* "Was it...all for the throne?"
Thor: "Yes. As father put it, he wanted the throne too much"
Liyah: *chuckles and shakes her head* "All for the stupid throne...Claiming that there's a chance of ruling when there's only one throne, it really wasn't fair! It was all for nothing and it killed him!" *starts to tear up* "If he wasn't a royal he would still be alive"
Thor: "He let pride and ambition cloud his thinking. But he didn't deserve to die for it" *he shakes his head*
Liyah: "Still Odin should've just said whom he wanted to rule and who can take the throne and had given Loki a choice if he wanted to stay being a royal or not...Why is it so complicated with you royals?!" *balls up her fists*
Thor: "Take some time to grieve and process everything before you continue" *he advises before leaving*
Liyah: *she takes a breath to calm herself down* "What will happen to me now Thor?...I-I...loved him...We were lovers...W-will I be marked as a traitor now too?"
Thor: *he looks back* "Did you do anything treasonous?"
Liyah: "No I...only loved him and all I wanted was to just be with him"
Thor: "Then nothing will be held against you. I promise"
Liyah: "Thank you Thor...I'm sorry for your loss and for speaking out of turn...I'm only a servant and you're still a royal after all...I'll always love Loki even despite what he's done" *looks down*
Thor: "Loki may have been a lot of things but he was still my brother" *he sighs*
Liyah: "Yes he was...May I hug you...to make up and apologize with me speaking out of turn?"
Thor: "...You may" *he agrees*
Liyah: *she gently hugs him* "...Maybe...we can still be friends after going through this great and horrible tragedy?"
Thor: *he returns the hug* "That would be nice" *he lets her go* "I realize that in the past I treated you improperly. I apologize for my transgressions"
Liyah: *she manages to make a smile* "All is forgiven Thor...And if you ever need anything and if you ever need to talk about anything you can come to me anytime"
Thor: *he nods* "Thank you"
Liyah: "You're welcome Thor" *smiles at him*
Thor: *he manages a smile back and goes*
Liyah: *she watches him leave then goes to leave too*
