Chapter Twenty-nine

"Good morning." Catarina greeted once she entered the dining room. The people there greeted her back.

She sat beside Yamato and Kira gave her a plate of bacon and sunny side up.

"Did you sleep well?" Kira asked her.

"Yes. Sorry for worrying you."

With an invisible smile, Kira went back to cooking.

It had been a few days after Catarina accepted the reality that she was in love. Since then she felt lost. Her appetite decreased and she would space out more often. She was stressed,in a word. She knew her feelings would be inconvenient for the famous idol if he were to learn it.

HEAVENS noticed the sudden changes in their composer and they couldn't help worrying. Finally after thinking hard, Catarina decided to bury her feelings. She didn't want to worry them like that and her feelings are, what she would say, a burden for them. She wasn't supposed to feel this way for Eiichi, she wasn't supposed to fall in love. So, for the sake of everything, she wanted to forget those unwanted emotion.

I shouldn't make them worry anymore.
Surprisingly, Catarina was good in hiding the fact that she loved Eiichi.

With a smile, Catarina started eating her toast. Her gaze went towards the blonde beside her.

"What's wrong,Yamato? Why are you scowling?" She asked while chewing her bread.

". . ."The blonde male didn't reply.

"?"She tilted her head in confusion.

" 'Cuz he has a work with his brother," Nagi answered the question for Yamato.

"He's not my brother!"

Now he decided to speak . Catarina sweatdropped.

"What's the problem with it?" Catarina questioned. "Isn't it your chance to show him how much you are improving everyday?"

"Yeah...but.."

"I know the feeling,Yamato. Just face him like how you would face a normal person. We all know you are cooler."

"Of course I'm cooler than Ryuya. . .But face him like a normal person? How?"

"Just think of him as an unknown person. I faced my brother like that too. It worked without my feelings getting in the way."

"Okay..." If she was saying this worked then it must've. Yamato knew both he and her were in the same shoes. "Why don't you come along?" The muscular blonde suggested.

"Wait!Rinna promised to come with me today. You can't just steal her from me, Yamato!" Nagi pouted.

"Yeah,sorry Yamato. I'll be with Nagi all day."

"It's fine..." Yamato sighed. He wanted to have someone who understood him nicely. But he was out of luck.

"I wish you luck." She patted his arm with her clean hand.

In the evening, the younger quartet and Van were watching a movie together. Unlucky for Catarina that Van decided to watch a popular romantic movie. Her emotions were already a mess and seeing a romance film would just make her more unease.

Among the five,only four were watching the movie. Shion fell asleep right after the movie started. He had been hugging Nagi for all this time. Poor Nagi resisted at first but then let the albino do whatever he wanted and continued watching the movie.

The movie might have been engrossing for the three males but it only made breathing difficult for Catarina. Because it was a love story between a famous pop idol and his lyricist. Oh how she cringed at some similarities.
