Seokjin woke up to two different problems today, not knowing which one was slightly more concerning. On one hand, A mass of his friends were texting him about articles which were preceded by angry threats from RM fans. Apparently fans were outraged by the fact that he "bumped into their precious oppa and how he must have been so hurt." And the articles read with text saying that super fans spotted them once again together at the Daegu grand hotel, (possibly from the before) and now there were dating rumors. Seokjin didn't know what to be shocked by, the fact that they managed to find Namjoon's hotel, or that these articles took a full few days to be set free into the public.

Now, on the other hand, he had also received a text from Taehyung. Asking for a meet-up later in the afternoon. And also a text from Namjoon asking if they could hang out at a park after lunch. He stared at the illuminating screen for a hot second. And then he answered Namjoon's question with a yes. Taehyung might've found Namjoon to be slightly off but that was better than rekindling with someone who did some big numbers to his heart. As lame as that sounded it hurt. A lot. So he guessed he was just going to get to know his new acquaintance.

Sighing he heaved himself out of bed. Past the cold hard wood floors, through his painting room and attempted to avoid looking at the starch white canvas taunting his creative stunt. And stopped and stared. What a surprise that a sleeping lump of a man, who smelled like a weird bourbon, scotch concoction was on his kitchen counter.

Taking out his chopping board to prepare onion chives, Seokjin dropped the wooden board on the marble counter, forcing his probably really hungover father to flinch. He rubbed his eyes before glaring at Seokjin.

"Yah, what was that for you, you..." he slurred off, balancing his head on the table, smacking his lips before continuing, "you ungrateful little sh-" his head slipped and he fell off his chair, before balancing himself.

Seokjin looked at him unimpressed and oiled up the pan to prep his eggs. The buttery and salty smell of the fried eggs seemed to straighten out Seokjin's father's mind as he suddenly sat patiently waiting for him to be served. Seokjin gripped the pan handle harder thinking of all the creative little things he could say in response to this action but he bit the inside of his cheek to keep shut and poured the scrambled eggs onto the plate in front of Woosung.

"There, Woosung," he gritted out, making sure his words bit hard, "your breakfast."

"What happened to 'father'" Woosung ripped back, condescendingly, "I was always right to drill more respect into that puny little head of yours. You were always too dense to actually get it in there. This is something I deserve you little jerk, for raising you, the sorry excuse of a son." he jammed his finger onto Seokjin's forehead with rigor and malice.

Seokjin retreated, no use in arguing now, "Whatever." He started walking to his bedroom to begin prepping for his office job of crime statistics. Not the most interesting job but data and pattern inputs paid for his expenses so he was satisfied with it. After putting on the form fitting attire he walked passed his now passed out paternal figure, locked the apartment door and began his drive to work.

...

Namjoon may have squeaked a little when he read Seokjin's reply to go to the park. He also may have fallen off the bed in excitement but that's besides the point. Seokjin had agreed to a meeting at the park. Finally some alone time with him. Namjoon really wanted to get to know him better and this was the perfect opportunity. He wiggles around some more to release the excitement before jumping up and getting ready for his meet with Seokjin. Or date? He wasn't sure yet.

Quick shower, nice shirt and pants. A little bit of cologne. After the excitement had washed away, it was the nerve wracking task of making an actual good impression. With the bump, the shopping, he had never been in a nice light with Seokjin. But this was his chance to make it all up and hopefully impress Seokjin. With that in mind, he worked on a few projects in his room for a while, attempting to keep his cool.
