"I realize you bring the sunshine each day... however, I'm not ready to get out of this bed." Whined Yoongi.
Hoseok sat at the edge of the King's bed, playing with a loose thread in the comforter.
"The sun has been up for several hours... I only come to tell you about a pen terrorizing the villagers."
Yoongi jumped out of bed, racing towards the balcony. Rubbing the sleep out of his eyes as they focused on the ghastly creature running through the streets. Several places had fires starting, while others had villagers screaming in fear.
"KIRA!!!" He called for his most noble knight. His door to his chambers swung open.
"Report."
"The pen has destroyed two buildings and several villagers are injured. No reported deaths though."
He watched as the Pen ripped through a house. The people inside screaming in pure terror.
"Options?"
Kira rests her hands on the balcony. Her eyes scanning the city below.
"If we interfere, it will do more damage... unless it kills someone. We remain in the castle."
He sighed heavily. This is the third time in the past month that a pen has ransacked the city. The third time he would have to explain why there wasn't much he could do for the homes or businesses people lost.
"There's got to be something we can do... Can we build a wall around the city?"
Kira looked at the troubled King. They didn't have enough resources to build such a thing. They would need to find a wizard. Or trick a god into creating one. However, gods were too meddlesome according to Yoongi. Kira herself had never met one before.
Brown dust kicked up in the south corner of the city. Fire rained down soon after. The two watched as the pen vanished, then reappeared on the north side. It was super close to the castle now. Yoongi could just make out it's fiery red eyes.
"Ghastly thing." He spat, moving to get a closer look.
A flash of white shot through the city streets, slamming into the pen making it crash into the side of the castle.
More brown dust kicked up, followed by the screams of several villagers.
"I'll go check it out." Informed Kira. Yoongi nodded, shifting slightly to get a better view of the chaos. Minutes later Kira came running around the side of the castle, her long sword drawn. She was ready for a fight.
Before Kira could even react to the pen charging towards her the god of Destruction, Namjoon appeared in front of her. Disappearing a moment later with the pen in tow.
Jin...
Yoongi waved his hand for Kira to return.
"What the hell was that?" She growled annoyed at the lack of a fight.
