Everyone stood in silence, gawking at the Great Creator as they looked down at Yoongi. His hand still holding his dagger to his chest, his robes stained with blood from the sharp blade piercing his skin.
The Great Creator looked as if they were in pain from the sight of him.
"Why do you do this, child?" They asked, already knowing the answer. Yoongi swallowed, his mouth dry.
"Seulgi is trying to kill the one person in this world that I love." His voice was broken, making Great Creator's expression softened.
Seulgi chuckled somewhere behind. However, the Great Creator paid her no mind. Instead they pulled Yoongi to his feet, taking the dagger from his hand. They smiled at him, a warm one that made you feel comforted.
"What I say next may hurt. However, I need you to listen until the end, understand."
Yoongi nodded meekly. His palms were sweating and his chest ached from where the dagger had been.
"Jinx has left her mortal vessel. However, she still walks among the earth."
"She's a ghost?" Taehyung asked, his heart pounding against his chest, as the anger rose. He was ready to attack a fate. The Great Creator shook their head.
"No my child. She is a goddess among the meadows."
Hoseok beamed. His radiant smile brightening the room. His light blending with that of the golden hues from the Great Creator.
Yoongi frowned, while Seulgi smiled triumphantly. She held the string that was now in two pieces. Jinx may not be dead. But now she cannot be with Yoongi at all due to her rule. Seulgi clapped her hands together, drawing the attention of the others. Yeri frowned, Taehyung gave an inhuman growl, and Yoongi a death glare. The Great Creator however, turned to Seulgi with a smile.
"You have abused the power I entrusted to you. Your heart is full of hatred and a sorrow that cannot be mended with the revenge that you seek. You my child from this day forward will live out the rest of your days as a human."
The Great Creator snapped their fingers and Seulgi disappeared. Everyone gasped, they didn't even give her a chance to speak.
"I am sorry for the pain you have suffered." Yeri whispered to Taehyung. The Great Creator smiled at the pair.
"Yeri, you remain true to your tasks. Always questioning your sister about her actions. I want you to take her place."
"I—uh... I don't think I can be—"
"You are capable of anything, my child. Just have faith."
Yeri nodded, Irene hugged her from behind.
"You'll be great."
The great creator smiled at the two fates. Turning to gaze upon Taehyung, who bowed his head.
