After the situation in a restaurant Kao found himself on the way to his house, with his phone in his hand, reading news about his company. He was never a person who liked to spend his time reading about his own company but he knew that looking out for any discomfort to costumers of his brand so that he could upgrade his work, was much more important.

Kao wasn't surprised to find a lot of comments wondering what happened to the sudden change in price. He knew this would happen. As a CEO of a clothing brand he wants nothing more than for people to be comfortable and feel confident when they wear his company's clothes, so he made sure to not put a big price on it.

He argued about it with his team. They never supported his decision to do son, saying how it will the company soon enough. But Kao was ready to take that risk. He remembers telling them that he never was in this for money ("I already have more then enough..") and that it may put him in a difficult situation in the future but ("..even if this doesn't work out. It doesn't mean I will stop") he still wants to do it. For people, not himself.

No one argued anymore, but they didn't approve either. It's fine as long as they do their job right.

Kao continued on reading. He felt like he should answer something but at the same time didn't know what. I shouldn't have let it be decided without me. He let everything be prepared by his team, thinking that after few years of working with him they would know what's important to him, but he shouldn't have. When he found out about all of this mess it was all too late and, after promising that his brand would lanch new line this time around, he couldn't just stop everything.

"Sir? Are you feeling alright?" The concern and words from a driver went unnoticed by Kao.

Kao's brain was remembering the events of the day when his mind decided to stop on the guy from caffe. Not once, but twice did he meet him today.

You could say that somehow that guy got his attention, or rather his clothes. From the moment Kao saw the guy's outfit he knew it was his brand. No colours and materials were like others. Kao was glad to see in person someone who wears his clothes, actually, there is probably a lot of them but he never payed enough attention to it. But, this guy was a little bit different. Yes, those were his brand's clothes but with a personal touch. Fruits, Kao noticed.

It was nothing special but still eye-catching. Or was it just him? Anyway, the guy was wearing clothes with such confidence that Kao wondered if the clothes were actually his. It was like that guy personally designed them and no one else could wear them.

Why was he fascinated by the guy so much? Kao had a chance to see many good looking people, both men and women, but he never gave them more then a few seconds of his time, let alone let another human being touch him.

Why wasn't he hesistaing in taking a lead and act the way he did in a caffe? Was it the matter of uregency? Getting away from a woman that he has seen as a threat to his private life and job if by chance he was made to take on a next step by his parents? Maybe.

"Sir?" When the driver shook him a little was the moment Kao returned to reality "We are here". With a quick 'thank you' to the driver, Kao went out wanting to just crush on his bed and not move for a minute.

Sadly, that was impossible. The moment he opened his front door he was met with a stern look of his mother. Here we go again.

"Mother" he greeted her like and usually, no emotion in his voice. Why was he hoping that this could be avoided somehow? He knew better than that.

"How was a blind date?" Straight to the point.

Kao moved past his mothet and went to the kitchen to take a glass of water "As always" he answered her shortly.

"Kao!" Here we go again. They always end up fighting after his blind dates. He ignored her outburst. He already had scenario playing in his head. She will stay silent for around a minute while he is supposed to think that their discation is over, until she thinks of what she should say next that is.

Usually he would wait for her and get over it fast, but he was tired and in no mood for talking "I am going to sleep. Feel free to let yourself out". That's how he left her.

Yes, he was rude. Yes, he could have told her to stay like a good son is supposed to, but she never thought of him as a much of a son.

Now this woman was his father's second wife, which means his stepmother. Why is that a problem? A woman already had one failed marriage, that's the only thing she and his father had in common, which resulted in her getting a daughter, so, in order to get all the money after his father's death she has to make sure to marry him off. Or, at least try to, hoping that than he would leave his prestige behind and live an ordinary life.

I regret talking about it back then.

After his real mother decided on leaving him after he turned sixteen, he felt misarable. Back than he would feel sad. But now? Now, years later, he understood why she did that. He would leave if he was her too.

No. I shouldn't be thinking about it now.

He took a fast shower and afterwards right away threw himself under the covers, falling asleep.

Tommorow will be better.
