Chapter 1
The Mysterious Academy"The Chesney Academy approved my letter for you, the service will be here tomorrow morning. You should pack your clothes, a pair of proper clothing for a student." A man who's looks can say he's respected and honored, ordered to his daughter.
"Why should I bloody go there? Have you ever heard of Harvard or Yale?" A teenager vigorously asks her Father while crossing her arms tightly above her chest.
Her Father sighed and clasps his wrinkled hands together above the piles of papers improperly organized aloft his messy office table.
"It's for the best, Trice. I warned you the first time you got into a fight with that... Keena Zelman? I told you to settle the fight down but you only made it worse. I gave you your choice and you chose the wrong path." Trice's Father calmly replied with his authoritative voice. "This is the only choice I can see to straighten your crooked path." He added.
Trice scoffs loudly and rolls her eyes. "For the best? She started it, you saw what the CCTV footage showed that she poured that glass of sticky juice over me but you just played humble and acted like I'm the one at fault." She stubbornly argued with her Father.
"Trice, you gave her a black eye."
She curled her lips and lazily rests her back at the backrest of the chair. "She deserved it." She mumbled as her eyes glued at the carpeted floor of her Father's office room at their home.
"No one deserves your mulishness. Your action is very inconsequential!" Her Father blurted out as his face turns red and his hands are waving in the air harshly. "You got a piercing on your nose, you dress like you're not a teenager but a cheap woman! You keep on starting fights at your school! You flunk your grades! Your childish acts gives me all the reason why I sent a letter to that Academy! Where's the Beatrice I know?"
"She's gone, Mr. Warren Hawk." She formally answered him like he's not her Father.
"Why are you like this? I'm doing everything to make things right. I'm doing all of this stressful works just to take care of you. These are all for you, Beatrice! Why can't you see it!"
"I know that, Mr. Hawk. I can see it clearly, all I want is someone to believe in me when nobody else does. That's just what I want." She uttered before standing up and headed to the door.
"I'm believing what I'm seeing, Trice. And to my point of view, everything was the opposite of what you want me to believe."
She smiled tightly and turns her head back to her Father. "Mom would believe me." She emitted before closing the door and head to her comfort zone, her room.

"All ready?" Mr. Hawk asks Trice as she clutches her luggage at her back and ready to get out of her home.
"What do you think?" She rudely snaps out and head outside to the gate.
"I'm hoping that after the whole time you'll spend there at the Academy will straighten your manner, Trice."
She sneered and shook her head. She can see a black limousine coming towards her place that made her forehead crease.
"It's hard to believe but I want to say that I'll miss your sassy attitude around me." She heard Mr. Hawk uttered behind her.
