"What are you reading?" She said with a smile on her face
"No I don't want to be friends so please go away!" I said looking directly at my book
"Well that was pretty mean." she said sounding sad but their way a edge of amusement to her tone.
*Sigh* I put my book down turning to face her.
"Well I said 'please'"
"Still doesn't count" The red head said sitting beside me
"What are doing? I said I didn't want to be friends"
"Well I don't give up that easily"
"Arrgh! Fine just sit there but don't except me to talk to you" I said picking up my book back to my own little world.
"It's okay I just want somebody to sit next to, nobody really wants to sit next to me. Am creepy aren't I?"
"No...Maybe just a little but not that much" I put my book in my bag looking at her sympathetically giving her all my attention.
"Now that I have your full attention we can talk" She beamed
"Are you kidding me?! I thought..."
"People do think am creepy cause of my overly cheery attitude" She sulks
"Well I do need a cheery person around... After all I've been through" I say the last past in a low voice.
We talked for the rest of the break about random stuff. Lunch went smoothly it was cool having her around but I have to focus why am here.
