『Chapter one』
Shay's pov:
I had a bad day at maker studio's today. My friend from work asked me if I wanted to get a drink with him at a new local bar. Being how stressed it was it drove me to drink. I never drink.. I had a couple beers and was completely drunk. You could tell by my texts.. I texted Kaylie something um.. That I wouldn't text her.. Anyways she asked me I I needed a drive home. Me being drunk I stupidly said no. I was driven home by a cab. I could tell Colette was worried, but I was drunk. College asked me where I was saying how she was worried sick. I wasn't really listening. I just told her I had to work late.
I had a weird fire in me, I went into the first room I saw, Emmi's. She said sweetly "hi daddy!" But I ignored her and swung a punch at her. She looked at me confused, crying from the pain. "Daddy? What are you doing?" She said through the sobs.
