I was woken up by a loud rumble from the other side of the glade. I opened my eyes only to see the gladers running towards the box, in the middle of the grasslands. I followed them only to find a girl inside. She was asleep. I nudged Newt who was next to me. He looked confused "Newt what's that note there" Newt jumped inside the box and grabbed the note from the girls hand. He looked at me and then back at the note. "she's the last one ever" he said looking at me weird "what the hell does that mean" said Newt who was still confused. We all stared at each other for about 2 minutes and then Alby walked over and snatched the note from newts hand "what the hell" he muttered under his breath. Then alby looked at the girl, who was still asleep. He stared at me and Newt and then back at the girl. "Right" he said "let's take her to the med Jack's" "they'll take care of her". Me and Newt helped Alby to carry the girl over to the homestead and layed her down on the bed. Clint and Jeff looked at the girl and then back at me, Alby and Newt. "I think she's dead" I heard Jeff say "no not dead just unconscious" Clint said looking at us. "come on then let the boys do their job" alby said to me and Newt. We trudged out of the homestead feeling sorry for the new girl. "right I'm going to go into the maze now" I said and I ran into west door and into the dark depths of the vine covered labyrinth .
