Chapter 3:The Master

The door opened without a touch from Lorana, impressive. I took a deep breath, and she did too. What was she nervous about? Lorana and I walked into the massive, what I guessed was a dinning room, since it had a pretty good sized rectangle table in the middle. The tile gleamed perfectly, there were tall window towards the back of the room that led to a small paito. The wind was blowing outside softly enough for the leaves to barley even move. The man from earlier was standing next to a chair which he pulled out.

"Sit." Lorana whispered. I obeyed not wanting to get yelled at by the man.

"Master Ashton will be with you shortly." The man said pushing me in.

"He's not here?" I asked confused.

Lorana shook her head, "Not yet. Please behave youself. The master has a short fuse, and a big temper." She demonstated how huge with her hands.

I smiled slightly, "Thank you. I'll do my best." Yeah freakin right! If Luke was trying to impress him that was definatly not good news.

Lorana glared at me, "I mean it Chanel."

I put up my hands like I was surendering, "Scout honor." Lorana nodded and with a last smile walked out of the room her heels clicking loudly until she reached the door and closed it behind her.

The man stood beside me, dressed in a nice looking tuxedo. Tall and lean with gray hair, he was older looking but his eyes were bright blue. And clearly would have caught anyones attention. He cleared his throat, when he thought I stared for to long. I shook my head and smiled a little embarrased. The doors swung open and another man came in wearing a similar tuxedo, he on the other hand wasn't old. Around twenty if I guessed. Tall with shaggy brown blonde hair. His eyes were even brighter blue then the man that pulled out the chair opposite of mine.

"Thank you Russel." The boy said sitting down. He pulled the ring of his cloth napkin and layed it onto his lap. "Thirsty?" He ask glancing at me.

I shook my head, "Well I'm parched. I'll have some water, might as well bring one for Chanel too."

Oh thanks. Russel bowed and strolled out of the room and threw another door I didn't even notice. I tapped my fingers on the table waiting for some kind of interaction from "Master Ashton."

I shook my head at the thought.

"Something wrong?" He asked flashing a smile, one that completly caught me off gaurd. He had a great smile, oh distracting back to the point.

"Yeah," I said flatly, "Where the hell am I?"

Ashton stayed silent while Russel place a glass infornt of him, walked over to me and placed on in front of me. Ashton flicked his wrist towards the door and Russel obeyed like a puppy and walked out. Ridiculos, god I already don't like this guy.

"Now lets see." Ashton said digging threw his jacket pocket. "Luke said you were beautiful."

"What does that have to do with anything?"

Ashton shrugged, "It's important you know, having a beautiful wife will make me look even better." He winked.

"Woah woah pause! Now rewind what did you just say?"

Ashton smiled and laughed before getting serious, "I have something you want." He snapped loudly and the door that Lorana disapeared into opened agian. I slowly turned to see Nate and Vincent running towards me.

"Nate!" I screamed throwing the chair from under me and rushed for him. A man in a black suit ran after them and grabbed him up by his shirt. Two more men came and grabbed my arms.

"Chay-chay!" Nate screamed kicking the man that lifted his small figure up.

"Nate, its ok." I promised struggling to get free. The two men tightened there grip on me and fourced me to me knees. Ashton stood and I glared at him as he walked towards the boys.

"Hi there." He said with a sly smiled glancing back at me. Nate stared at him without saying one word. He was a smart kid.

"Get away from him." I growled.

Ashton fluffed Nate hair and walked towards me. Nate stuck his tounge out at Ashton, I smiled slightly. "Now you know what I have." Ashton put a finger under my chin and with the help of the two men pulled me up.

"Let him go." I comanded threw clenched teeth.

"Oh don't worry I will, after you do something for me." I glared at his eyes, that were now alot darker then the had been.

"If you let him go, I'll do anything."

Ashton smiled, "I was hoping you would say that."
