She has her father's left half. As for her right half, it's a combination of her Dad's right half and her Mom's quirk. It allows her to create objects made of ice from her right half. But she has to eat cold food to make ice objects.
Backstory: Rei, her twin brother Ryo, and the rest of her siblings had a normal childhood, unlike their father. They grew up in a nice home and were given a great education. Rei enjoys spending time with her paternal grandmother (who she's named after) and hopes to become a great hero like her parents.
Personality: Pretty much the same as her Mom. She's super smart and likes books. Has outstanding grades.
Favorite food: Cold soba
Favorite things: Books, making tea, after school activities.
Best friends: Ryo Todoroki, Toshinori Midoriya, Tensei Iida, Kimiko Kaminari.
