THEN TWO MORE DOORS WERE OPENED, and another five people sprinted into the space far above them: Sirius, Lupin, Moody, Tonks and Kingsley. Malfoy turned, and raised his wand, but Tonks had already sent a Stunning Spell right at him. The Death Eaters attention diverted entirely because of the presence of the Order members who were now raining spells down upon them as they leapt to the sinking floor between steps.

"Bloody hell! and I just told them they could go back!" Calypso cursed, somebody laughed behind her, but she was too busy shooting spells at Death Eaters to turn and look.

''Give it to me," growled a voice in his ear, ''give me the prophecy—"

The man was squeezing Harry's windpipe so tightly that he was powerless and unable to breathe. He saw Sirius duelling with a Death Eater a few feet away, through watered eyes; Kingsley fought two at a time, and Tonks was aiming at Bellatrix only halfway up the tiered seats — no one seemed to realize that Harry was dying. Except for Calypso, who was utterly terrified and was trying to figure out where Harry was, completely forgetting that she was standing in a field of fighting.

She saw Harry being strangled. With one glimpse, her eyes turned to an electric violet, a hundred or perhaps more furious pulses of electricity humming behind her orbs, as the Death Eater was catapulted by an unseen force into the opposite stone wall. His head hit the wall with a stomach turning crack as he slid down lifeless.

Calypso was cornered by a Death Eater, her hands spread behind her; her wand lay discarded and abandoned a few feet away, if she could just—

"Protego!" Harry yelled, apparently, She was too busy trying to get her wand to remember that she currently cornered by a Death Eater, one who was preparing to cast a spell by his wand, the one that was aimed right at her heart.

Calypso felt something streak across her face like a blunt knife; the force of the Death Eater's spell's power knocked her to the side and she toppled over, smashing her head into a sharp rock, which had been blown moments earlier off the platform.

She was briefly dizzy, grasped her wand off the ground before jamming it into one of the eyeholes of the mask the Death Eater was wearing.

Once more, the Death Eater lifted his wand, pointing to Harry this time. "Accioproph—"
Hurtling out of nowhere, Sirius ploughed the Death Eater with his shoulder and sent him flying out of the way. Again, the prophecy had flown from Harry's fingertips, but he succeeded in clinging to it. Now Sirius and the Death Eater were duelling, their wands flashing like blades, and sparks were flying out of the tips of their wands.

"Nice one!" shouted Sirius, after seeing Harry shoot a limb-locking jinx at someone, forcing Harry's head down as a pair of Stunning Spells flew towards them.

"Now I want you to get out of—" They both ducked again; a jet of green light had narrowly missed Sirius. Harry saw Tonks tumble down halfway through the steps of stone, her limp body falling from stone seat to stone seat and the winning Bellatrix, triumphant, running back towards the fray.

"Harry, take the prophecy, grab Neville and run!" Sirius yelled.

"No! Calypso, she's—" motioned Harry.

"She can deal with several Death Eaters, she's more than capable. Go!" Sirius yelled once more, dashing to meet Bellatrix.

Kingsley, was struggling with the bruised and no longer veiled Rookwood, and was also swaying across Harry's field of vision, with another green light flying over Harry's head, he began to launch himself towards Neville –

"The prophecy, give me the prophecy, Potter!" snarled Lucius Malfoy's voice in his ear, and Harry felt the tip of Malfoy's wand pressing hard between his ribs.

"No—get—off— me ... Neville—catch it!"

Harry tossed the prophecy across the platform, as Neville span himself around on his back and scooped the ball to his chest. Instead, Malfoy pointed his wand at Neville, but Harry jabbed his own wand over his shoulder, yelling, "Impedimenta!"

Malfoy was blasted off his back. As Harry scrambled up again he looked around and saw Malfoy smash into the dais on which Sirius and Bellatrix were now duelling. Malfoy again aimed to fire at Harry and Neville, but Lupin had jumped between them before he could render his breath to strike.

"Harry, round up the others and GO!"

By the shoulder of his robes, Harry seized Neville and carried him up to the first level of stone steps; Neville's legs were twitching, jerking, and would not support his weight; Harry had again heaved with all his strength and they climbed a step higher. A spell struck near Harry's heel on the stone bench; he dropped drastically to the step below as it collapsed away.

Harry turned around and looked around the room restlessly, trying to find one of his friends, he witnessed Calypso duel four Death Eaters in one go, before a fifth Death Eater struck her from behind with the spell as she collapsed to the ground.

He was trembling, he wanted to know what what spell the Death Eater had hit her with, the wheels in his head were spinning uneasily, the flash of light had sprung from his wand was green, but there was no way he hit her with a killing curse, she was the daughter of the very man they were working for, surely that would anger him. Right?
